This blender is powerful and works however not for long periods of time. We are on our third blender in one year. The switch on our last one completely broke off, and the bottoms of the pitchers are super hard to clean. Not sure why we keep purchasing the same blender, but it is good when it works or isn’t broken.

I bought this in Sept 2019, I didn’t start using it till Sept. 2020 and after 5 uses it started to wear down. I contacted customer service they sent me a part to fix it myself so that’s what I did. Then two weeks later it did the same exact thing. The middle part was basically shaving down while in use. When I called customer service of course they told me my warranty was up by this time etc but I asked if I could get the credit back onto my account and luckily they did that for me. But my advice is to go ahead and buy a vitamix , don’t waste your time on these.

Works great when making multiple milkshakes in a day at our little local sweets shop. Just wish it came with one small cup instead of such big containers for when you don’t have multiples of the same milkshake for it can be acquired to hold when pouring and making just one milkshake.

This blender is powerful. We have been receiving compliments on the texture of our smoothies since switching to the blenders. However, with the power comes noise but the quality of what it producers supersedes the noise. Now looking for a generic noise cover for them but I'm more than happy with my purchase.

Completely dead after less than one year. We used it for milkshakes and smoothies and it could not even hold up to that. Very disappointed - will be asking for a refund or replacement.

This blender it's all of my needs from making soups to drink. The blender comes with two 48 Oz containers so you don't have to stop to do dishes in between. I highly recommend this blender.

I will never use another blender (not even the personal name brand one). If you make green smoothies, and use anything other than this blender, you will certainly see the difference. I made one in the brand name personal smoothie machine, and there were little chunks in there, and it was not at all as smooth. I think one of my favorite features is that you can use whole fruit, and make whole fruit juice.

The pitcher style pours so easily, the base is short enough to fit under my cabinets, and everything blends so smoothly. It's not quiet, but blenders really shouldn't be. Easy to clean.

Incredibly powerful blender that works well for both sauces and drinks. It is definitely a tad louder than the other options I have used, however this works much more consistently when mixing.

Compared to similar products these are a steal. We have only used them a few times and yes, they are noisy as other reviews have covered, but they get the job done just as well. We like that we can make two of our large frozen drinks at once when we are doing busy festivals.

These have held up well fro 6 months now. Do not like how when you slightly move it the bottom motor will screetch. But overall a great blender
