This is an okay product. The motor is very strong and hasnt had issues really, however the design has many flaws. Pieces of the shaft (the pegs that hold things in place) seem to break on many of the ava products (same thing happened with a meat grinder). Hopefully they have fixed some of these design flaws and will have a worthwhile product soon!

Had it for less than 2 weeks, broke down and won't turn on.

AvaMix Revolution worked very well for about 2 weeks then we were having trouble taking the blade off and on to the point now where it's almost impossible to take off. We've watched all the videos and read the manual and found no help. Any suggestions? If it weren't for this blade problem it would definitely rate 5 stars. But unless this problem is solved we will have to return it.

It has stopped working after about 12 months, I need some help. NO power, not turning on. Not doing anything. Can someone please help. While it worked, it worked great.

Nice machine, works well for my needs. It also operates very quietly.

So far a few months into using this- we haven't noticed any differences between the AvaMix food processor and their more expensive counterparts. We use it regularly and it's been producing well for us!

We've had this food processor for 3 months now and it has been a great addition to our kitchen. Definitely a more affordable option compared to the Robot Coupe and has been working just as well for us. This machine is very easy to use and quiet in the kitchen. Also you can fill it all the way up with contents (onions is one we use a lot) and it will perfectly grind up everything.
