Could not be more happy with this Single 1.6 gallon frozen beverage machine. This works like a charm for your slashes or even margaritas. Very easy to use and very easy to clean.

Just received mine today. Cleaned the bowl and poured mix into the bowl waited 3 hours and it's even warmer. not freezing, nor cooling. very disappointed to receive a defect item.
