Great chafer for any party. Holds a good amount of food. The lid can be fully open or you could have it halfway. I did have to put some oil on the hinge area to stop it from squeaking so loudly.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Used this once and both of the chafing dish extinguishing covers came off. There is a very low quality weld that holds the extinguisher for the chafers and both of the broke on the first use. Thus I now have to keep track of those separately if I want to have the option to extinguish the chafing fuel. Not work the money that I spent on this item.

We are new to the event venue business and it has been a struggle to learn the business. I searched for hours on the internet for great products at a good price and found this site. One big issue were the chafers which you can buy at a big box store but they are kinda plain Jane. These are much nicer and I would purchase it again. We have now used it for about 3 months and we like it!

these are really great chafers, however they are very heavy and the lids to roll back easily which can be a little dangerous however guest always compliment us on them and we would absolutely order them again!

these are gorgeous. they just look like money. I gotta say, they are the most beautiful chafing dishes I've ever seen. We use them any time we want to show off. lol

Beautiful chafing dishes. So elegant with the roll top lid. The handle is nice and sturdy and I really love the container holders for the chafing fuel.

This is a great chafing dish. Well made, heavy duty, love the way the lid is self-contained, but most of all like how it handles moisture- keeping it out of the food. Only downside is it is quite heavy, especially for catering...probably better in a permanent location.

This are absolutely amazing! So worth paying extra. They make our buffet look amazing and very professional. They are easy to clean. They are heavy and I suggest you purchase plastic containers for traveling.

We have had them for 6 years and they are great the Screws that hold it in place will get leave sometimes but you just have to tighten them backup. Love the look and quality.

The lid is very heavy and am very careful about customers rolling lid back but other than that it is a great product. Very fancy appearance

This * Qt Full Size Roll Top Chrome Trim Chafer was what I have been wanting to add to my collection for a while now. This was by far the best Looking Piece for the Price that I have Ever Purchased. I was so proud be because my guests just kept coming over and saying that you really pulled out the Big Stuff this time. I will be ordering a few more of these to add to my collection. Thhis thing is beautiful! Not as heavy as it seems either. Standard full size hotel pans fit. My go to for catering weddings and we always get complimented.

I have now purchased seven of these and they tend to hold lots of finger prints. Other than that they are really beautiful. They are very heavy as well

We ordered a couple of these and are quite pleased with the construction, weight and appearance. The self contained roll top lid is a must for catering/buffet service, eliminating the " where do I put the lid?" issue altogether.

These chafers add so much class to our buffet lines. Very heavy duty and keep their shine for a very long time. Well worth the price and investment.

These chafers are so beautiful and elegant. The roll top lids are so convienent, you don't have to remove a lid and set it somewhere out of the way when you're ready to serve. The vents keep the inside of the lids from sweating and dripping onto the food.

A product that looks great on the bufet. A little on the tall side (unlike the lower end options) but that might be to accommodate the dome lid when open. I like that the lid has vents on the side. Also, great customer service from webstaurantstore. Swift responses and replacement for the items received damaged. Order with plenty of time in case items get damaged during transit (good chance due to no padding in the shipping box).

I do like the design but there is a flaw with it. Once open passed a certain point, the lid slams down and scares everyone around. There needs to be some type of system to slow it down.

Good quality for this price price point. These chafers pack away easily for storage. The chafers tend to slip and slide on the table tops as you open and close.

These are not a bad chafer for the price. I purchased a few of them a year ago. We were doing multiple events on the same night and I wasn't so comfortable repurchasing additional of my standard chafers at a higher price. The BIG concern I have is that they are larger than other brands. The length is just a little longer - too long. There are no storage box options available for these Choice models. And no other brand's storage boxes will fit. So . . . this makes transport and storage very difficult. You will have to decide if that is important to you before making this purchase.

These chafers work really well for the price. I ordered three of these and two of them had the hinges come off so the lid was not in place. I ended up having to reinsert the hinge and screw it tight which worked out okay but these should not have been shipped like that.

These are pretty to look at! We have used these a lot with our catering services. After a lot of uses and if your not careful the top will get away from you and slam open. I would strongly suggest to buy the storage boxes to keep them in when not using. Eventually the original boxes get messed up and they are big and bulky, much easier to carry when in the storage box.

This chafer is really well worth the price. I love the handle better than the round handles on my other chafers. The frame is a lot larger than a normal chafer which can be problematic when storing. For the price, it is a great buy. If I ever needed more chafers - I would get this one again.

Great looking chafer for a great price. I was skeptical of the quality because of the price. If you have ever shopped chafers, you know that you can spend anywhere between $50-$1500 on one. These look amazing, have been in service for a while now, clean up great (you can run these through a dish machine and they come out perfect.) Would certainly buy again if the opportunity presents itself. Not cheap to ship, but still 15% cheaper than any competitor...even the ones who offer "Free Shipping." Nothing is for free people...nothing.

The roll top chrome chafer are the best chafers you can get! The roll tops are smooth and help guest get their food without having to look for a place to put the chafer lid.

Chafer was every better than i expected. I am not an professional caterer just a woman who loves to host the holidays and have always wanted chafers to polish my get togethers. The chafer is heavy duty and looks very commercial. This item is not lightweight. It kept my food hot as it should. Only compliant is the packaging. Pans arrived in a box only surrounded by a large plastic bag with no styrofoam or anything to protect it. The hood of the chafer near the handle arrived dented. I spoke to customer service who just asked for photos of the damage and upon receiving them sent out replacement covers the following day! In my opionion it was excellent customer service. Overall received several compliments on chafers and happy with my investment. Best of all no assembly required.

I love this Choice Supreme 8 QT. Full Size Chrome Chafer. I had upgraded from the plain rectangular standard chafers. This is a quality piece of product and completely worth the investment. With my four Rectangular Chrome Chafers all lined up in a row, it makes quite the presentation and really elevates the food table. Although the roll tops are great to allow serving from both side, I find the grandest, most impressive presentation is when the Chrome tops open half way. On approaching the buffet table, the mirror finish is breathtaking. As with all stainless steel product make sure to use the proper cleaning solution to maintain the polished finish, one especially for stainless steel whether it is an aerosol spray or a thicker liquid cleaner. And microfiber cloths are the absolute best for this surface.

We love the Roll top chafers, they are HEAVY and are made quite well. You will need to adjust the spring from time to time to make sure the tops do not snap back, as they can be very heavy. After a little adjusting of the spring they work perfectly, especially when trying to keep food warm.

I love, love these chaffers I am about to order more, very well constructed, looks high end and does not dull after washing. Best choice for chafers!!!

Excellent chafer. Large. However it is great for professional events or those who frequently entertain at home. It works wonderfully with the included pan or half pans also offered on webstaurant.

Beautiful Chaffers. Some of our favorite to take to nice events. They are tough to store as they take quite a bit of space and we have had problems with the lids falling off. We would still continue to buy. They are a great value.

I bought this for home use and didn't realize how large, heavy and grand it was. It is a great product and worth every penny! I will probably use this for main dishes or for the meat/protein dishes. It is shiny and I love the roll top design. Honestly this product is truly meant for caterers for larger special events, for home use please be aware that it is very large.
