These are only 700W but they work better than the cheaper ones that are 2x the wattage. lower wattage allowed us to use 3 where we could only use 2. I LOVE THESE.

We started with two of these steam tables for our food truck and now have six of them that we use for catering. They work great and are low on energy use, which is a necessity in the food truck business!

Great price. Does not come with lid or insert pan but we already had those so it was perfect. Works well and heats up fast.

I wish I could give these products a hundred stars they are just awesome, I have a food trailer and power is a commodity and I have to always think about that when I buy equipment . I have to admit when I bought these I did not have high expectations for these since they use so little wattage but man was I wrong these are so efficient and will go through a whole service without having to add water and maintains a much more even heat then my last ones I was using. Great buy and worth the $'s

Amazing warmer we are using it to keep pulled pork and cowboy beans warm on our food truck. It uses half the power 700watts compared to other warmers that are 1200 to 1500watts. This is a huge benefit when you are running off a generator and are needing every watt you can spare . If we can make room on our truck were looking to purchase another. Webstaurant you came through again along with Vollrath making a great dependable product.

This countertop warmer is an excellent addition to our kitchen. It is easy to transport and clean out. It keeps our lobster mac and cheese and our lobster bisque at the correct temperature.

I operate a food trailer and wattage is important. These units use less wattage than other models. Works great and puts less of a draw on my generator.

The unit only lasted only two years before it stopped warming. I expected higher quality from this name-brand, but will be purchasing from another manufacturer for our next unit hoping it will last longer.

This food warmer is all it was promised to be. I used this one right next to an older one that I had and you can see how quickly the heating elements heat the water compared to my old one. This one is much more efficient and looks better too!

The Vollrath Cayenne countertop warmer is a great. Usually warmers that are electric always tend to have problems with the elements. I've had this warmer for a few years now and it runs for about 12 hours a day and it's still in perfect working condition .

We use this warmer to hot hold all sorts of soups and sauces. It really speeds up service. It holds heat well, and the heat dial seems to be quite accurate.

Much better than the generic food warmers you have tried... Easier to clean, heats up quickly. The temperature control Works a little more than cheaper ones, not just super-hot or just warm... There is some play, which is nice for not charring sauces.

These warmers are perfect for our quick service sandwich and coffee service. Easy to use, easy to clean. Vollrath is a great name brand and highly recommend.

Can't say enough about this warmer. Once you get it set and stable it will keep temp steady all day. We considered a cheaper model but it used more power and with us sometimes needing to run on generators power is at a premium. This unit heats fast holds well and uses much less power than the other units. The even heat has saved us tons in food waste compared to the old crock pots we were using no more scorching of cheese sauces and chili with this unit. We also learned it's easy to control the moisture in a compartment. If we want to keep it wetter we use a cover with no hole if we need it to steam out and stay dryer we use a lid with a spoon hole. The unit stays relatively cool to the touch on the sides compared to other units we tried and is super easy to clean. We will be getting a second identical warmer soon to eliminate the last of our old warmers.

I really like this vollrath counter top food warmer. Keeps foods at temp and looks good doing it. Don't over fill the water. Nice price.

I purchased 5 of these units from websteraunt. 4 of them work great 1 does not work at all. We needed the heater for a remote event and I was pretty disappointed that the unit did not work when we got there. The other four have been used daily for a while now with no issues.

Right at a year old and has quit working. The one this unit replaced I had in service for over four years. Warranty tells me to send it in for repair Therefore I must purchase another unit so as to continue operations of my business.

We had the option to purchase this item through our grocery vendor. Even with the shipping, this was the better deal. We are a very small business, every penny counts!

Does the job and its in use up to 10hrs a day 6 days a week. Nice quality and no problem maintaining temperature of soup, dont put to much water follow directions

One of my most favorite kitchen products I use. These warmers are such a great product. I use them for buffet tables, to hold food in the kitchen while cooking, for concessions, etc. In all cases, they look great and get the job done. They heating element takes only minutes to generate steam from the water, which is great. The recommended water fill will last you hours before having to refill, if you even have to at all. The indicator light is great for that purpose too. These warmers produce a lot of hot steam, so use caution when working with them. Other than that, it is highly recommended.
