Excited to find this item and a good price, but excitement changed to disappointed when removing the item to use at my son's rehearsal dinner; extremely disappointed in this item, quality was not what was expected; sturdiness and luster of product was poor; all material was thinner than expected, construction of the item was cheaply put together; did not expect the handles and legs to be glued on, use to being screwed on; needed it for a buffet table at a rehearsal dinner; had no time to replace as i did not examine when received thought I was getting a superior product based on customer reviews; had to use it along with the other items purchased in this line and just as equally dissatisfied with those products as well...6 qt oval gold accent chafer and 4 qt round gold accent chafer. I would not recommend if you really one elegance; far from it in my opinion.

Ok, so these Chafers are not durable, lets go ahead and get rid of that idea. They are EXTREMELY thin and obviously scratch and dent very easily. Every Chafer I received had scratches and dents. Its basically like i bought used Chafers. Now, keep in mind that at the price, I kinda expected thin chafers that I could use till they got beat up and just toss them and get new. I just didn't know they would be beat up for me. Unfortunately, I need them for an event next week, so I don't have time to return them. They would have gotten three stars except for one other thing. We received our chafer today and all pieces where there. As I was looking at them the gold finish looks very dull and rusty looking, they don't look nothing like the pictures. The edges of the food and water pans were BENT, I USUALLY DON'T HAVE PROBLEMS WITH WEBSTAURANT BUT LATELY I'VE BEEN MISSING PIECES AND GETTING DAMAGED ITEMS.

I actually purchased these chafers for my wedding. To be honest, I kept holding off on my purchase in hopes of a coupon, but there was never a promotion, so I just bought them at normal price in order to make sure they arrived on time. When they arrived I was surprised at how big the boxes were, having ordered 6 at one time, my fiance started to freak out with all the boxes. Trust me when I say these are worth the money! The size of the box is the actual size of the chafer! I opted out for the gold trim to better match the wedding colors. The material and style do not look cheap at all. I am so glad I purchased these. I have not yet used them with the wedding in October, but I can't wait. The only downside, which was my mistake, is that they do not come with any sternos. Well made, not flimsy at all which was my original fear. They are not completely collapsible, but you can pack everything up into its original frame perfectly. Very classy, doesn't look cheap at all. Very happy with this purchase.

Had a chance to use these chafing set for the first time after ordering it in July of 2025. The first glance at these chafing pans, they look great, and visually beautiful to look at from a distance. But that’s all they’re good for. These pans/sets are very flimsy; they’re like a very fancy looking cans. Very thin and not durable at all. Do not buy. Spend a little extra to purchase a different brand.

They look very good. They're very sturdy. I purchased them for a wedding for my Catering business. They did what they were designed to do. I'm glad I made this purchase.

I setup the food warmer in our restaurant. It is easy to set up and compartments are easy to remove and cleanup of the pan is easy. It warms up really fast and stay warms. Highly recommended!!!

The worst quality I have ever ordered from webstaurantstore, I do not recommend it to any buyer, the moment I've opened the box, I was very disappointed, flimsy, bad quality, I don't know if I can use it more than once or twice, webstaurantstore should not be selling this on their site. Bad bad bad. If I can return all six I would have.

THE GOLD ACCENTS MAKES THESE CHAFERS LOOK VERY CLASSY WHEN USED AT ANY OF MY EVENTS, ESPECIALLY FOR THE WEDDINGS I'M CATERING FOR. HOWEVER, WHEN TRANSPORTING THEM AVOID STACKING THEM AS THE GOLD ACCENTS ON THEIR LEGS WILL GET SCRATCHED.

These look really good and expensive. The colors are bright and the material seems like good quality. I haven’t used these yet but with the looks of it they look pretty promising!

Just what i needed. Affordable and quality was just right. I use it maybe 3 or 4 times and it looks beand new. Qas delivered prettu fast, and it looks nice.

I ordered 4 of these chafers to use at my son's 50th birthday party. They looked great on the buffet table. The gold trim really dressed it up. It was also great having the clips on the stand to hold the covers. Did not have to wonder wear to put them.

We bought multiple chafers as we love to match on a buffet. They are sturdy, but not overly cumbersome when traveling to an event. The base folds up nicely. Easy to clean and love the lid holder. These chafers are a must on a buffet.

These Deluxe 8-qt full-size chafer dishes with gold accents are beautiful and at a great price. We purchased these for an upcoming wedding. Received promptly, but after inspection found spots and some rust on the bottoms. Webstaurantstore.com customer service was excellent and replaced immediately. I can't wait to use them!

Nice chafer it has held up well, it looks very nice. It is very much worth the price. Is it as heavy duty as other chafers? No but it is inexpensive and does the job. My only complaint about them is that they are not stackable. I knew this when we bought them my bad not theirs.

The Choice deluxe eight quart full size chafer with gold accent is a great looking and well priced chafer dish. Very large size and great for holding large pans. The chafer does a great job distributing heat through the dish.

I searched everywhere for this specific design of chafer at an affordable value. Webstaurantstore.com was the most affordable online, and able to get them to me delivered overnight. The quality is great, and they match perfectly with the other chafers I had already. They come with everything, even sterno covers!

Thes chaffing dishes work wonder. once i put water in them with the sternos, didnt even have to check if it was still hot because the steam was still coming off

Good price for chrome buffet chafer. They definitely work and look better than the wire chafers. But they are the basic ones, nothing fancy yet still makes for a nice presentation. They do scratch easily and need to be wiped and cleaned well and often. The handles seem to lose their shine and finish over time. Keep up with the sterno holders that comes with the chafer, looks better than a sterno just sitting in the hole. I lost mine at events and wish I now had them.

Got this product for many graduation parties we were throwing this last year and it held up. Not in love with the gold and silver but it was nice and got the job done. Recommend if you don't mind the accent gold.

Very nice Chafer. Made of good quality materials and welds are strong. Definetly worth the upgrad from general chafer, but those are made well as well.

No one else is using this style in my area and people were very impressed with their look, they were easy to assemble and cleanup and heated the food quickly!

I absolutely love this dish because it can serve double duty. It can be used to serve on large dish or you can place two pans in it to serve two small dishes.
