Came in broken with only 1 heating element working, pilot light don't come on. Took 4 business days for the manufacturer to send someone to contact me. At the end I ended up calling and paying for my own mechanic to fix it. Very bad experience overall.

I would have to say overall I'm very disappointed. This rotisserie is not made for commercial use. In the few months that I have owned it multiple things have broken on the rotisserie and it currently has been sitting broken unusable for the past two weeks waiting on parts from out of state to fix it. The hinges constantly come loose and currently one of the hinge pins is missing completely, just fell out. The glass doors don't seal in the temperature very well, so it doesn't cook the bird all the way around you'll get one side cook crispy well done while other side is relatively rare. It also doesn't break down very well in order for cleaning.
This is a wonderful rotisserie oven! We put it right on our counter to display the daily feature and we can fit a good amount of meat in there at once.

These are great for a small grocery store that has take out, this is an easy add on that everyone enjoys. The sales will pay for the machine in no time!
good model for the price. cooks very evenly. 2 drawback are that it is a little noisy and juices leak from under the bottom of the tray. not a big deal if sitting on a stainless steel surface but is a pain to keep clean underneath.
