Love this rice cooker, it cooks the rice way faster than the traditional electric cooker. If your restaurant is high volume get this it will definitely keep up!

The cooked rice is raw.

This bad boy puts out a LOT of rice. It's been great for us for the past 3 years and very happy with the purchase. Careful around it during it's cooking cycle, we may have melted a plastic container or two because the outside gets VERY hot. lol

Heavy duty rice cooker. Cooks extremely fast for such a large quantity. About 40 minutes to cook and 15 minutes to rest before it is ready! Would purchase again

This a must have for catering company's, reastraunt or if you cook rice in bulk regularly.It cooks up to 55 cups of rice in less than 30 minutes.1 fully cooked pot of rice can fill up 2 1/2 full size foil pans(3 3/8 deep).I highly recommend this product.

Finally a rice cooker that works! We have tried several electric cookers that all have broken quickly. This gas cooker actually cooks the rice quickly and hasn't given any issue.

I have been making/owing sushi restaurants for almost 20 years. Dude this is the best rice cooker in the world that I know of. Easy to clean, easy to light, removeable base to clean outside. Cooks rice perfectly every single time. Litterally lasts forever. The first time I got a job at a sushi restaurant the owner had one of these that still worked 100% normal after 25 years!

This is a pretty powerful rice cooker, gas powered instead of the conventional electric. It cooks rice quickly and consistently without a second guess, two thumbs up.
