The syrup is not thick or sticky at all. Mixes well in coffee and some baking I have done with it. A little bit goes a long way and I think I’ll have this for a while.

This syrup is good but could use a little stronger flavor of peppermint. To make a peppermint mocha you have to use a lot of syrup but can oversweeten if not careful. I wish there was a concentrated version. However, it's a good product.
