The great fruit syrup was absolutely tart and wonderful in my Italian sodas. I would highly recommend this if you like very sour and tart flavored drinks like a Mojito I mixed it with that and it was very good with that as well.

This grapefruit syrup is great for mixing with tea. I use it to make boba tea and it has a nice, strong grapefruit flavor. It is sweet, which I enjoy, but if you do not have a sweet tooth use less of this syrup. Also, do not mix this with milk as it will curdle the milk. Overall, this is a great syrup is you want a nice grapefruit flavor.

The most surprising thing about this syrup is it's close resemblance to tasting like its flavor. Other grapefruit I've tried has tasted artificial in a bad way but this torani syrup tastes exactly like ruby red grapefruit. It makes a strong Italian soda so maybe a few less pumps, overall very good quality.
