This salchichon salami has a very firm texture from the long period of aging, and it also has a salty and fatty umami flavor, almost like sauteed mushrooms. The quality of ingredients is top notch as they use Iberico pork. Our slices ended up a little more rustic than the pictures online, but they came out great, and this product goes very well with bread and cheese.
