This is an effective product that I use for both liquids and dry goods. Sifting flour, dusting powdered sugar, straining sauces; this double mesh strainer is very versatile. Four stars, only because of how easily it rusts. Even after shaking it dry and wiping with a paper towel after use, it still began to rust after a couple months. Not a major concern since I have it for home use, but something to be considered. Overall I am satisfied with this product, would buy again.

These strainers are great. they are well built and sturdy. I like that they are double mesh to help strain out most particulate. we also use them to sift dry goods in the bake shop

I used this strainer for the first time to sift some ingredients for a cake (flour, sugar, cocoa, etc). I washed it by hand and patted most of the water away with a towel, leaving the rest to air dry. This might've been a mistake because a day or two later I noticed some spots of rust on the mesh. On the one hand, maybe I should've dried it completely before putting it away. On the other hand, this has never happened with my other mesh strainer, which I sometimes leave dripping wet. I would not purchase this strainer again.

This strainer was perfect for straining the juices from a freshly roasted turkey. It's a convenient size for sifting ingredients for flour or powdered sugar too.

This rusted surprisingly easily upon the first use. Take care if you’re using it for citrus or anything acidic. A ricotta straining effort proved pretty ruinous.

Works well to strain solids out of jams and preserves; but mine got rusty after only a few weeks and I needed to replace it.

So so so so rusty. One hand wash and air dry later and its practically unusable. Works beautifully for dry products but once you wash it fine a way to dry it fast or in 8 hours it will no longer be usable. So sad because I needed these to make drinks.

This is a flimsy strainer. It rusted fairly quickly and so we've already thrown it out. As a strainer, it did a fine job. I liked the size of the holes.

For the price, this mesh strainer is a bargain. I've just replaced a few that we've used every day for years. It's the right size to strength ratio- can't over fill it and break it.

This strainer is perfect to make loose leaf tea. Just boil water, add tea leaves, then strain tea over the double mesh strainer to capture all the loose leaves when finished. No need to stuff tea leaves into separate, compostable tea bags. This strainer sits easily over Cambro 18qt & Cambro 6qt square, food containers so you don't need to hold the strainer when pouring liquid out.

This is one of the best strainers we've used. Great for making sauces since the double mesh makes the end result very smooth. Lightweight and easy to clean.

Quality build at a low price. The mesh is very fine. I was not able to strain much, due to everything staying in the mesh. But if you’re using to powder sugar over desserts or something, would work well. Hard to clean the super fine mesh.

I use this strainer a lot. The wooden handle has broken and the wiring has come loose from the sides. It seems that the weight from every day product has broken the strainer.

This strainer works wonderfully! It's nice and big which is great! It looks kind of cheap in the photos, but you're definitely getting your moneys worth.

An exceptional strainer. Built to last, and it strains all kinds of stuff from lemon juice to beans to coffee grounds. A great price point, and fantastic quality beyond that.

This Tablecraft 84 8" Fine Tin Double Mesh Strainer works wonderfully! The double mesh allows it to hold up to heavier products, and due to the fine nature of the mesh, it removes even the smallest particulates.

Strainer works perfectly for quinoa. I purchased this specifically to rinse the grains without them falling through the mesh, and this mesh is perfectly tight enough to prevent the small grains from passing through.

Mesh strainer great for sauces. Easy to clean.. price is just amazing. Can hang for easy access. Price is just amazing. Would recommend this product.

This went into the trash shortly. It is a wonderful design although I noticed it started rusting around the ring where it connects to the mesh. Then the mesh started to as well. As for quick clean up was easy, it never really dried well enough.

This double mesh strainer works gets, and catches everything we need it to while straining our beverages. It washes out nicely...just don't soak for long to keep from rusting.

This is a really nice sifter; my only complaint has to be the wood handle. It holds up well, and isn't a major problem, I just don't love porous materials in our dish area.

Four stars only because its a little flimsy, but for the price, it's quite nice. They stack so they are easy to store too. Thanks Tablecraft!

I use this fine mesh strainer for straining my cold brew. It works great. No coffee grounds make it through the holes, and that is enough for me to be happy with this product.

I like this strainer but I do find the rust taste and coloring can never be washed perfectly so thats why I didn't give it a 5 star review

This Tablecraft strainer is excellent at its purpose, but the handle is a bit uncomfortable. The wire around the outside makes gripping it a little painful for long amounts of time. The double straining system, however, works wonderfully.

Love this strainer. It was used during kids cooking camp to strain ginger root tea and blended watermelon to make watermelon fresca. It worked great for both.

Well, these strainers are great. I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered it, but with the double mesh, only what you want gets through! I ordered both the fine and medium strainers and they are now they go to strainers in my kitchen.

I could not believe the price of this strainer. I use it to strain my raspberry sauce, it works as well as those other kitchen over priced strainers. It is really well made!

I love how fine this strainer is and I wanted to love it so bad but unfortunately it rusted after about the third or fourth use.

THis fine mesh strainer is a great size for commercial kitchen use . Can strain pulp from juice or you can use it to drain juice

I love the size of this strainer, just what I wanted. I was disappointed that it wasn't as fine as I thought it would be though. I have seen some strainers that have two actual layers of mesh to create a very tight weave and I thought that is what this would be like. It is just one layer of mesh. It is still a nice strainer - but if you plain on straining lemon juice, much of the pulp will still get through.

The Tablecraft 6 1/4" Fine Tin Double Mesh Strainer works great and it is long lasting. It is versatile and very durable. It is also dishwasher safe.

This strainer is very sturdy and useful for several things. I use it for straining soups and stocks, as well as sifting flour. The hooks let it sit on a bowl very sturdily. Make sure to dry it well, it will rust if left wet.

This 8 inch fine 10 double mashed strainer is a great deal great for streaming things that are a little more fine I use it for doing almond milk

The straining function is fine. It does well at getting a finer strain. But I don't love the wooden handle connection with the metal pieces. I've since switched to a strainer that is completely metal and I feel it holds up a little better. Also easier to ensure it gets clean.

Is a really great durable tablecraft brand 8 inch fine 10 double mashed trainer these are really strong I really like using them in my restaurant

Works great! I got this to sift through flour to get rid of clumps and it does the job like a charm. It is extremely sturdy.
