We love our Spaceman. Operationally, the directions are clear - and there's not an opportunity to put it together incorrectly - all of the components fit together (or they don't and you need to start over). This is hugely important if there are different employees who assemble & clean it. Product-wise, the consistency of our frozen slushies is awesome - having the Spaceman has kicked our slushy business to the next level - we offer a great product and can serve two people or a crowd quickly. Well worth the investment.

Anytime we have had an issue and needed parts Spaceman has come through in the clutch. They are reasonable priced and perform very well.  We have switched over to them for all our needs and now own 5 machines. There was not a drop off in product quality with our frozen margaritas or sangria.

Mixes and freezes great with our recipe.

Great product! Delivers consistent margaritas for us and keeps up to the pace especially at our busiest hours. Maintenance is easy and they provide clear instructions to help with that.
