Bought 5 of em. I like the manual much more than the fancy expensive automated ones. I can tell you how many places I have walked in and seen those with the towels outside the machine. Ether it was broke, lose the key, or they stopped paying their Cintas type sub. Anyway, it's cheap with good quality. Easly replaced. Easy to refill. Love it

Had one in service for about a year now with no problems. Liked it so much got another one for a location I was updating. Prefer mechanical dispensers that have few parts to break and no maintenance. Very happy with our Lavex products in general.

Thin and plastic- Will return. The Georgia Pacific Model #71254338A on this site is almost the same cost and is much more sturdy.
