Reviews for JOY Gluten-Free Sugar Cone - 96/Case

I do NOT recommend this! For whatever reason these cones are highly breakable and we've had half the boxes break in shipping/transport. They aren't packed in any Styrofoam or small airbags, so more often then not, you may get to actually use only 50-60% of what comes. We buy the same item items from another vendor who packs them differently and even uses a different shipper and we have had minimal broken cones.

Yes product is good but order only the 800 count bc it comes in its original shipping box tightly packed. If you order the 200 count, they are half broken upon arrival. Not packed right!

Perfect for cake pops!

This is a really excellent Small Size Cone for a child that is too small to handle the complexities of grasping a waffle cone. The kids also are really happy with the taste.

These chocolate sugar cones are a wonderful addition to our cone selections. No enrobing! Just offer regular sugar or chocolate. We could not believe how quickly these tasty cones sold. Will definitely be restocking them again.

We buy Joy because there's really no other option. But be warned, it doesn't matter what size or type of cone you order. Regular, Gluten-Free, flavored, etc. They are ALL THE SAME. That is, a frustratingly large number of broken cones and packaged in a way that makes handling frustrating when in a busy environment. The cones that do survive are always brittle. Luckily, Webstaurant is always really good about refunding us for our broken cones so we continue to purchase. However, ALWAYS order double or more than what you actually need.

They came very poorly packaged with half of them broken. Taste good but a better packing system is necessary for something so fragile.

Won't be ordering these again. Almost 50% were broken upon arrival, primarily around the rims.

Great product and is perfect size for a tasting cone. The packing is awful however. Pass along to the company that I would be more that willing to pay double what they are currently charging if they would pack these properly and didn't loose 30% in shipping.

The cones are perfectly fine Sugar Cones, but as was posted by others - count on at least 30-40% breakage in the case.

I would give the cone itself 4-5 stars on initial quality and taste. The case it is packed in, however, is not adequately suited for shipment. There is an absence of interior packaging that would keep the cones from sliding out of their sleeves during shipping, resulting in 25% loss of shipment.

These are the best! They taste delicious and have a very long shelf life. The rich brown sugar taste complements ice cream so well. A true customer favorite.

I ordered these for summer parties and visitors. They’re smaller cones, but that works for me, as all of our ice cream is homemade and goes quickly. Nice crunch, nice flavor. Works best if ice cream is slightly softened before filling.

If your customers want a sugar cone, these are the ones they are thinking of! Joy delivers a great crisp cone that is strong and tastes great. Be mindful that you will loose 5% or so to breakage!

I love how these come in individual boxes rather than one large open box like non gluten free sugar cones. This allows them to stay fresh since they sell slower, but my customers whom do need GF greatly appreciate the option.

These cones were great! They were packed safely so we had no broken cones (although we used them in shakes so we broke them anyway). They also stayed fresh for several months without getting stale! They stayed crisp through sitting in a shake as well.

These Sugar Cones are great! Super affordable and really nice quality. We use these for treats at our shop, and work really well with our products!

These are highly recommended. You cannot beat the fast shipping and the joy count brand. The 800 count her case is also nice and saves me from ordering more often. These are very well packaged and never come broken.

Tasty Cone is an understatement! The Joy #310 Sugar Ice Cream Cone is a popular one in our shop, they also stay fresh for a very long time!

The cones that made it through the shipping process without being broken seemed to be a nice little cone. We ordered one box of these cones to try in our new ice cream shop, we will have to find a better way to get these shipped, when we opened the box we found that over half of the cones had been broken. Bummer...We will try to source locally.

These sugar cones are a cost effective way to offer a choice among cake, sugar, and waffle cones. They arrived fresh and in one piece.

Being severely celiac, I have longed to have a good sugar cone for years. Joy gluten free sugar cones are the best! You honestly can NOT tell they are gluten free, they taste that good! First time I tried these, I actually had to look at the box to be sure I had not been sent the wrong thing! I highly recommend these sugar cones if you have celiac. I use them in my cotton candy business as ice cream cotton candy cones. The kids absolutely LOVE them!!!

these are an amazing topping for any dessert, we crush them so they are bite sized. great texture, taste and most of all people love them.

Yum! Flavor is great, the cones themselves are nice and sturdy which is a huge plus and the size is just right. No complaints here.

Well made sugar cone that tastes delicious! They hold up well to different types of frozen ice cream or yogurt plus toppings. They shipped nicely and arrived in good condition so you have little waste. Good price too.

Easily one of more popular products during ice cream season, these cones are outstanding both in taste and freshness. My only issue is that several of ours broke at the top around the opening to the cone and could not be used. I will be buying again.

Joy sugar cones are of excellent value and quality. These sugar cones taste great and broken ones can be used as an ice cream topping.

Wow - Who knew smores could be so good - and easy. Our kids made some by alternating mini-marshmallows and chocolate chips in these amazing cones. gooey chocolatey and no mess. Don't know if I will do it any other way again.
