This chocolate cone dip tastes great, looks great and dries fast. We use it for our soft serve ice cream and we just tried it with strawberries. I'm surprised Webstaurant doesn't sell the warmer for it, so we had to buy that somewhere else. The dip works well for us around 90-93 degrees. It's very thin if it gets too hot.

We are new to the soft serve game but with summer heating up we're selling a lot of cones. We've been wanting to add chocolate dip but were intimated by the process. We were worried about product storage after each daily use, so I reached out to Phillips and they let me know you just let it cool and cover and re-heat the next day. Couldn't be easier. Turns out those instructions are labeled on the can itself. We purchased the Avantco #10 can warmer and after experimenting we had it cranked a little too high and ended up with our chocolate at 120 degrees. This cone dip not only tastes amazing it smells amazing everyone I open the can. Make sure to read the instruction and keep your temps at the appropriate setting. Too hot and it will be too runny to stick. To cold and it will come out way to thick. Play around with the temp until you get your preferred thickness.

This stuff is delicious, but if you don't sell a LOT, it will expire extremely quickly. We stored it, along with the other flavors, and this was the only one that grew mold on it.

The product was old and out of date. Can arrive dented and dirty

We love Phillips chocolate cone coat and wouldn't dream of using anything else. I tested all the chocolate dips on the market and found this to taste the best. It is easy to use and adheres to our ice cream bars no problem!

I love this shell dip! Such a versatile product that we can use in almost everything we want to have chocolate covered treats in our shops. This is our absolute favorite because you can work on however consistency you want from thin to thick depending on your equipment. At first I thought it was too runny but I figured out the right temperature for the consistency I want. We use it on our chocolate covered fruits, ice cream, mini bars and other things!

worked perfectly and tastes great! We used this to dip ice cream cookie sandwiches and had great results with just the right layer of chocolate. I suggest getting the warmer for this (we had to purchase from a different site) but it helped to keep the chocolate at just the right consistency for dipping!

This is a great ice cream shell dip. It is probably the best out on the market. I also like that this comes in a # 10 can instead of a bag like some of the others. It really does make things a lot easier for us.

Item has a good taste, but it was very difficult to get the batch to stay at the right temperature. May be at fault of our equipment, but it has a very specific temperature that it will work on.

A great item for our dipped ice cream cones. The can heats up nicely in our warmer and then the ice cream is dunked and the chocolate hardens immediately. It is a great product and lovely taste.

We found this product to be not only easy to use but delicious as well. Warmed slowly in microwave to quick melt and then held in warmer to serve. Will continue to purchase.

This was so water & tastes disgusting. It tasted like it was watered down. We couldn't even use it at our party. We tried to thicken it up a bit but it was just a mess. Not sure what this would be good for. I was thoroughly disappointed. I had to throw out the entire can.

Bad product, imposible to use !! Very runny and soft .. full of fat !! Very soft, maybe this is for something else but not for cones !!

No one has time for this. Took 3 hours to melt. Way too long. It didn't hold well and the temp was correct according to the instructions
