Heavy Duty! This pan is a lot sturdier and heavier than I anticipated. It withstands heat well and baked evenly. Would recommend to this angel food an to anyone!

This pan exceeded my expectations! It was so easy to work with and the removable bottom is such a good feature. I made an angel food cake with it and it came out better than perfect. The cake rose beautifully with no sinking, it came off the sides and bottom easily! I cannot recommend this pan enough!

I recently started baking Angel Food cakes and was using a similar cake plan that was non-stick. My cake didn't rise as well as it does in this one. No problem with sticking as long as I spray it first.

This is huge pan. I tried to make a chiffon cake with this and I eas able to fill only half of it. I didnt realized its big size. Also it's heavy and durable. Overall great deal.

I had to order another one of these. The second product I received has a different shade, more of a dark gray but I don't notice a difference in my cakes.

I've ordered this pan numerous times. It's of great quality & last a long time. I bake at least 25 cakes a week; this multi-use pan is wonderful. Also, their customer service is amazing & attentive.

Very inexpensive and works like a charm. I'm selling Chiffon Cake, and these pans never disappointed me. Easy to get the cake out perfectly, yet it stick when you cool the cake upside down. That actually I want ! Very happy about the price too

The angel food cake pan comes in two parts. I enjoy being able to lift the cake out by the center part. It is a nice size for a cake pan of this price range.

This inexpensive pan actually works great for angle food cake. Does not leak batter and, if it is not greased, the batter climbs right up the sides and makes a very high cake.

I just bought this Angel Food Cake Pan. I have many receipes from my great grandmother and grandmother. It called for a 2 pc cake pan only. Not much information on that use. So I purchased this and the apple cake came out perfectly. It is easy to wash and dry, and the price is fantastic. Will now be able to make a lot of their old receipes since I now have the right baking pan.

Finally got around to using this pan. My angel food cake rose beautifully. I did notice that when I turned my pan upside down for cooling, it slightly warped the bottom piece of the pan. I'm not sure if this will affect future cakes.

I purchased this pan hoping that it work like my other angel food ...... it did not, the cake mix leaked which cause a mess. I hope the company make the type I have where the bottom doesn't come out.

This is a very good basic angel food cake pan. It has worked well every time I hve used it so far for many reasons.

This Angel Cake Pan is great for baking perfect cakes. The pan still remains as new even after baking few times with it. I was hesitant about washing the first time, but I used soup, water and a sponge and everything came off. I do recommend this pan.

In all honesty, haven't actually used this pan for an angel food cake yet, but have used it several times for pudding ring cakes. They cook evenly and come out great. The pan cleans easily, still looks new after more than a dozen uses.

The first pan was messed up in shipment but Webrestaurant replaced quickly replaced it. Thanks guys. This is one good 2-piece pan. The cake comes out easily as long as you invert it as soon as it comes out of the oven.

Love love love this angel food cake pan. We use it for many of my cakes,not just angel food cake. My cakes lift out with easy and clean up is great.

I remove my sponges after they have cooled and they release easily. The top isn't straight (dented) but you can't tell on the cake. I recommend putting parchment paper on the top as there is a little space for the batter to seep, making removal more difficult than necessary. Over all, good value.

Great pan...cakes releases very easy!!...I bought this pan because I had a similar pan for years and it was time to replace....would definetly purchase again!!

Much better pan than the Wilton or Fat Daddio's equivalent at less than half the price. It provides a toothy enough surface for chiffons to climb and it releases well after all's said and done. Unfortunately, the stickers they put on them take scrubbing to remove.

Excellent pan for the angel food cake on account of the two piece pan. Makes popping your most delicate cakes out of the pan very easy.
