Failed after 5 uses--specifically five scoops on medium firm apple. Single spot weld holding baller together. Wasn't expecting much for this price, but more than five uses. Would not recommend even at this price.

I like the color of this double melon baller as the red makes it look visually appealing. The scoops work well and I use it to scoop up watermelon without any issues.

Simple tools doing the job well is always great. It balls melons well with small holes on the bottom of each scoop section to release the melon balls easily. This could be used for cookie doughs and other small items that need consistent sizing if you don't have other tools. It doesn't do anything specific but I really love the red-purple color of the wood.

Very nice melon baller. I would recommend this. The wood handle is riveted on. The scoops have a hole in the bottom for easy release of the balled fruit or whatever, no vacuum lock. It is sturdy, well made.

The double melon baller makes the job easy. From small jobs to larger ones, when the size of the product changes, you don't have to switch utensils, simply switch to the other side of the double melon baller. It is easy to hold and grip and works well with melons and even with apples. For anyone in need of a melon baller, I would highly recommend this one.

This product was useful. I didn't really like that the edges were not as sharp as I thought they would be, so it was a bit difficult for me to scoop the fruit. It also arrived on time.

The wood on the outside is a little flimsy but not bad - it just wiggles a little when using it. But it gets the job done. Easy to use and can quickly make a fruit salad :-)

First of all, I like this melon baller much more than I like previous ones I have purchased. Many of them tend to be made poorly and break easily, but I didn't have any trouble out of this one. So far, it has held up to regular use. I love that there are two sizes in one so I could vary things up a little.

This Double Melon Baller makes quick work of preparing large batches of apples. We use it on the stem, flower, and core of the apples leaving most of the apple in tact. The dual sizes is handy when there is variation in the size of produce so you don't need to keep swapping which tool you are using.

The blade on this baller's ends are not that sharp. The tool is decently made, but cutting through anything but the softer melons doesn't work with this.

This is a good melon baller for the price. I think it would make more spherical balls if the scoops were slightly deeper, but it still works well at a great price.

Works great and has held up so far. i hate cheep melon ballers that bend and this works well. I use it more to scoop mushrooms for stuffed mushrooms or scooping red potato's out to make stuffed potato sliders.

Good item for the value, I prefer the stainless steel one but for the price is the best choice. Double end so you can have different size of pearls.

this is best for things like melons and other products with similar textures. it does work on different items but you just have to be careful that theyre not too hard. the build of the baller itself is nice quality

Overall this is a decent product. The baler parts are stainless and it has a wooden handle to hold onto. The steel is a nice thick gauge and has a good polish.

This is a fair product for it's price and it works pretty well. The fact that it has a wooden handle may prevent it to be used in some commercial kitchens as wood is forbidden in some countries by the Health Department.
