Product has a sleek look and is lightweight. The sensor, however, does not operate properly on any of my 6 units. It constantly blinks red and even after remounting them all, they all are either overly sensitive or do not pick up motion. The only time they are guaranteed to work are when you wipe up the soap that is dispensed. I would not recommend these units.
Thank you for your review, Kim! It sounds like the issue you are experiencing could be related to the unit's mounting height. We recommend installing this product in such a way that the sensor is at least 15 3/4" above the nearest surface. This prevents sensor interference and ensures that it can dispense properly.
