Tested this at the Rational kitchen. Completely amazing to be able to program in your recipes for consistent cook times regardless of who is the shift lead. Each shelf maintains a different temperature and self adjusts cook times if the door is left open while one item is unloaded. Separate timing per item. Probe for meat temperatures. We cooked a steak with grill marks, a pan of potatoes, and a pan of squash in all at the same 8 minutes. Cook was perfect on each item.
