This is an awesome little microwave! We needed an NSF approved one, and didn't want to spend a lot of money. The cheapest choice was this Panasonic one. So far, it heats up things evenly and with no problem. The knob can be turned very easily, so it even has a safety mechanism where it won't activate unless it knows you've opened and closed the door to ensure you've put something inside.

This does the job. Heavy duty and works perfectly for over a year.
Great standard small commercial microwave. We mainly use this to heat up desserts and smaller items and it works perfectly. The time chart below the dial comes in handy very often. Easy to clean as well.
