Just received and installed two of these. Both lights consistently go out and need the bulbs adjusted to come back on, or the usual tapping and banging works...sometimes. They will not stay on for longer than 5 minutes, then they go out again. There are no instructions on how to "install" the glue boards. Just toss them in the sconce and see what happens? The bigger issue with the glue boards is that they're not sticky at all. In the first hour of use (when I could actually get the lights to stay on) I watched 3 flies land on the glue board, then proceed to mud stomp their way to the side and walk off. Definitely would not recommend, especially for a commercial establishment. These should definitely be higher quality and heavier duty to be sold on Webstaurant.

The quality is very poor. I only used it for nine months. During this period, I not only changed the light bulb twice, but also it doesn't work now. There is something wrong with the connection of the light bulb!

This product did not even power on! As such it was totally useless and did not trap even a single insect. Very disappointed with the quality of this item and could not recommend it to anyone.

Doesn’t work after 6 months

We both two of these items less than two months ago, and now both have stopped working. One only ever worked intermittently. Definitely not a product I would recommend to anyone. A product with this lack of quality or reliability should not even be offered on this site.

Purchased this item 7 months ago and I have had to change the bulb twice already, and not it isn't working at all. Not impressed with the unit at all and will be looking to replace it.

I bought 2 of these lights in February and bulb is out already on one just wondering if its a bulb issue or a defective unit

Like many others before us, this light just stopped working. Ours lasted about 2 years, which doesn't seem long enough.

Bought two o t he lights and with only one of them working properly, second one has stopped working will not turn on after replacing the bulbs as this what i thought was faulty. purchased in late July of 2021, less than 90 days. I believe it to be a faulty ballast as this a common issue with other lamps. Definitly would not buy again for this price.

Super bummed. Gave up the ghost after two years. Did a fine job while it was in use, but definitely expect longer life for this price point.

Perfect bug zapper! I installed above our front door and it's a game changer! Doesn't make a zap noise or have annoying lights.

It's a really good product, it's super durable and the price is very good. I use it all the time and it never disappoints me. It's my favorite for cooking. I DON´T HAVE ANY MORE MOSQUITOES IN MY KITCHEN!!

Got this light unboxed and plugged in yesterday. Not exactly sure how long it worked over night but it was flickering and looked like a disco light this morning. The receptacle the bulbs fit into are flimsy and not at all securely holding the bulbs. Luckily we ordered extra bulb and glue strips. Well not lucky because the new bulbs don't work either. Of the many thing we have purchased from webstaurant store this is by far the cheapest built shortest lasting thing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I received the product on approx. march 16, 2023... the product stopped working approx. 45 days later on may 1, 2023... during the period that the bulbs were lit, the product performed properly and caught many insects... upon notification to seller that machine had stopped working, seller offered to replace with a new unit...

Decent item. Bulbs do burn out. Also connections to bulbs are not great . They do there job when bulbs work correctly.

We purchased one unit just over a year ago. It stopped working but I was hoping it was just the lamps. I replaced both bulbs but still dead. There are no fuses or other repairable parts. I am going to order a replacement one and keep my fingers crossed.

Excellent fly trap. These last forever and work great. I had issues with Curtron fly traps that stopped working after a few months and purchased this unit as a replacement. Same bulbs, same boards, works great!

So many flies in the summer months, this is also very good because you can hide it from customers and zap those annoying flies in the front of the house

Great insect light trap for our restaurant. We installed them inside our kitchen area and they work great. Easy to clean and replace glue board.

Does everything you want a fly light to do while also looking nice and not obviously a fly light. Blends in very nicely with any decor.

Buy more fly paper inserts! We have an indoor bar with large garage doors that effectively turn the whole place into an outdoor experience. Pests like houseflies and fruit flies are sanitarily handled with this unit

This is the best bug catcher I have ever purchased, it attracts all sorts of flies, moths, and bees to help keep our store clear of pests.

So far so good. We are noticing a big difference in the fly population. The best park is that our customers are noticing. No more complaints about flies!

Helped eliminate fruit flies in our dish room. Two of these lights actually cover all the SQF of our restaurant providing a bug free place for food prep and for customers to eat.

Very disappointed with the design of this product. The bulb flickered twice then shut off and never went back on. We will be looking for one with an on/off switch. And more easily accessible bulbs.
