Mine came assembled and COMPLETELY off-balance. I contacted customer service and she said I needed to send her a video of it wobbling. Since I didn't know how to do that, I was just out of luck. This was a REALLY expensive rack and I feel cheated. I don't recommend this rack.

It’s nice but off balance, I wouldn’t buy it again. I gave this product a chance after I read the other review of it being off balance.

Somewhere in the manufacturing process, they can’t figure out how to build things flat. This is the third review about wobbly pans the products great as a design, but the execution is lacking. There’s anyway customer service can send us a rack that’s not actually twisted that would be great.

This was ideal for our pizza shop. We kept having to go back and forth to the walk in to grab trays. Fits perfectly on our prep table and allows dough to warm up. The fins are starting to bend slightly but not much. Each tray weighing about 10lbs. and 6 months of daily use and still holding up nicely.

These are heavy duty and perfect for extra overflow from our other racks. I do wish the depth was about a 1/2in shorter so they could fit underneath our John Boos tables, but they’re still perfect for the price!

Was needing something to make prepping a little easier. I bought 2 of these to put on the shelf of a new prep table so that we could sort better as we go. perfect solution for us.

It comes unassembled so you have to put it together yourself. I have been looking for a countertop option for quite some time. I like that I am able to stack on top of the countertop and free up kitchen table space.
