It looks cheap. Opening the bottom of the mill is difficult, and when you try to add salt and pepper, the screw back causes the wood to split. When you have to repeat this, it will damage it. Additionally, only the pepper grinder has a metal bottom opening, while the salt grinder has a plastic one, which contradicts their advertised ceramic material. It’s easy to distinguish between plastic and ceramic.
