For a little Knicks and cuts in the kitchen these finger cots are indispensable. I always have these in the kitchen and in my first aid travel kit along with burn gel and waterproof Band-Aids.

These are a must when you apply a band-aid to a finger. They work great under non-powdered latex gloves. Compared to the cost of a lot of the combo first aid packs, we found buying separate items was the best way to go.

This latex finger cots are very useful in kitchen. In every kitchen accidentally you may cut your finger very often. I bought this to replace mine

These latex finger cots are great if you cut your finger but you need to keep on working in the kitchen. It's not so breathable though, but it doesn't really matter since it just goes over one finger.

I'm not sure how we go through so many of these latex finger cots... it must be because the boys like to pretend that they are prophylactics! Great for keeping cuts covered and for making young men laugh! Arts and craft possibilities, people!

    from Mustang Alley's Posted on

These are affordable and basically a kitchen necessity - they hold in any blood or fluid and keep food and work surfaces safe and sanitary.

Finger cots are great to have around. These ones fit securely on my fingers- and I have about a medium size hand. They are resilient for the most part and last between hand washings.

Very recommend this product for the restaurant. My crew cut them self from time to time. All plastic and fabric bandage will not hold when they wash their hand. This product will help this problem.

from Thai Express 2010 LLC Posted on

these are a very strange product. i have used them before, but, honestly, i'd rather just use a latex glove and be done with it.

from Sweet Pea's Cupcakery Cafe Posted on

This is the way to go when you want to keep at your own speed and you have a boo-boo. It will keep the blood & other non wanted body stuff in the latex finger wrap. You can bake/cook with confidence. Most of of a sterile environment.

    from Antoinette Bakery Posted on

This latex finger cot is amazing! I do hair from time to time and thered always rhr unexpected snip. With these however, I can proceeded with my job no problem

These work pretty well for when you have a small cuts on your fingers. You take them out and roll them onto your fingers. They do however inhibit your sense of touch a bit so there's a trade-off. Also they will slightly unravel if you bump your finger against something in the right way. They also seem to be lightly powdered, and it's that kind of powder that leaves a weird residue on your finger but this not a huge deal.

Great buy, good value. Always keep two boxes on hand. They do not slip and slide when in use. Like these very much. When is use they are a bit opaque so if you do have a cut it's not a bloody visual mess either when on your finger.

from Mercury Pizza Co Posted on

These are a must-have in any kitchen! These finger cots stay on well even throughout a busy day. They also satisfy our local health department regulations. Great buy!

    Finger cot on index finger

These finger cots come in handy when I am cooking with an open cut on my finger. It helps keep any food out of my cuts and holds on better than a band-aide. It especially comes in handy when i am cooking with lemons, and saves me from the pain of getting lemon juice in my cut.

Everyone at my shop calls these finger condoms. Regardless of the name, they are a must, and they go really well with the 1" x 3" Blue Strip Bandages. I ask them to double up, using a bandage and a finger cot, and that way a small cut doesn't stop production for more than a couple minutes. They don't hold up very well when washing dishes, but a dish glove solves that problem.

This product is perfect for my business needs. The bandages are a good addition to my store safety program. It's the perfect size box to fit in a small kit. My only issue is that I wish they were blue like the bandages.

from The Bean Tap Posted on

These are very much needed and life savers. Haven't had any complaints and they work great. Don't use them much since we do our best to work safe at all times. When they are needed, they do the job.

    Posted on

I don't know why every first aid kit does not come with these. They are essential in a kitchen. A bandaid doesn't protect a customer from getting contaminated.

from Plan 9 Alehouse Posted on

Fits everyone's fingers & slides on easily. Great to cover a bandaid or any small cut on any finger or your thumb. Waterproof and flexible.

from Ode To Food & Drinks Posted on

Wonderful cots that offer secure and complete coverage. It is a product we didn't know WS offered until searching. We do a lot of cutting and use many sharp objects in the home, often pricking our fingers. These wonderful cots have already been used several times to stop bleeding.

from Dream Thread LLC Posted on

Great for keeping people in the game.....safely. Price is friendly. Work well for covering band-aids and allow for a cleanable surface when washing hands. If you manage a restaurant, you need these in your medical supply box.

The Medi-First Latex Finger Cots can really work well for teachers when they are grading papers. The finger cots make it easy to flip pages/homework that needs to be graded without having to lick your fingers. Nice Grip.

from jwhitten31 on Youtube Posted on

What can be said about these finger cots? Well, they do the job as they are intended to do and then some. The price is right. They can be used for other forms of protection other than fingers. I use them to cover control knobs when doing some dirty work.

from Bliss Tattoo, AVL, NC. Posted on

These work well and are good quality. Easy to slip on and they stay on. The state inspectors in our state require these over any finger bandages so we keep them in our first aid kit at all times.

I had never been in the business of using these before, but tried them when a friend had them the other day. I was so impressed I got my own box, and I continue to be impressed. Especially great if you are working with less experienced people/students who are more prone to nicks as they do provide the most comfortable while still functional coverage.

    Posted on

I would recommend to cots if you can not get a band aid to stick. I would never recommend wearing them with a cut around food prep, unless it is a minor scrape. however, they do work as intended in containing small cuts from getting worse and they are extremely easy to apply to any size fingers!

from Miller Enterprise LLC Posted on

These finger cots work great. Some cots I've used in the past won't roll on easily but these do without any problems! They keep water out pretty well too, even when doing dishes!

Finger cots are great because they cleanly and easily cover bandaged fingers without taking away from dexterity. They are cheaper than gloves and look much neater.

    from mustang alley's Posted on

These finger cots are such a relief from having to wear full-sized gloves when covering up a bandage on your finger. When you are working counter service in particular, such as a coffee shop, the gloves become such an annoyance. The finger cots fit nice and snug, allowing you full function of your hands and fingers unlike poly gloves which limit dexterity and latex/nitrile gloves which inevitably become hot and uncomfortable to wear.

from By the Teaspoon, LLC Posted on

Finger cots are extremely useful to have around. These fit well over average size fingers and also protect your fingers if they get a cut.

Really nice to have around, less waste than cutting up a glove. Fit nicely on average hands. Good product, good price, no complaints. It's a buy.

from Mike's Mindful Plate Posted on

I do a lot of sanding and painting and always have problems with painful cracks around my fingernails. These finger cots do a nice job of protecting my fingers while I work and also when I want to keep them covered while I have medicine on them.

These finger cots work great in a food setting for when cooks accidentally cut a finger while working. It allows them to continue working without contaminating any food items. Would definitely recommend this item.

from Baltimore Cafe and Restaurant Posted on

I get knicked a lot now and then so having these around is a life saver. They fit nicely and snug but not too snug as to cut off blood circulation. I've washed dishes with the soap we use and they have stood up to it, but they do get tacky after a few hours using the soap.

These have come in handy in our pizza house! Getting a paper cut from a pizza box, it's easy to put one of these on and keep topping!

from Giordano's Pizza House Posted on

The Medi First Latex Finger Cots work great. They allow you to still work in the kitchen even if you have a burn or a cut. They are durable enough to stand up to a day of work.

Small cuts can be a pain in the kitchen because you always have to cover them and changing gloves constantly is a hassle. These finger cots are great for keeping bandages from getting wet. Theres still a need for wearing gloves but with these cots you dont have to wear them all the time.

A must have for any establishment! These are a little small for myself but they fit smaller fingers perfectly. They stay on really well too.

Finger cots are a life saver in the kitchen. Most small cuts are once clean are hard to keep sanitary this helps make it good for all parties involved.

from Ckd Restaurants, llc. kitchen Posted on

Finger Cots are just one of those things that you absolutely have to have for your restaurant. This is a really great price and a small enough box to pop in a drawer.
