While we loved the mugs, 9 out of 36 mugs arrived broken...all within 2 of the 3 boxes. The boxes appeared fine on the outside, but the mugs were broken on the inside. IMO, this was a manufacturer's packing issue and not a Webstaurant store issue. I was able to get a refund with no problem, but I should have checked the boxes immediately upon delivery so I could have more shipped out in advance of the event they are needed for. Lesson learned.

Great heavy duty Beer Mug which is well made and strong.
Purchased these for out pint club. Heavy, good quality will last a good long time as long as they don't get dropped. These don't stack so storage can be tricky
