These Mason Jars are terrible. The quality is poor. The glass is not smooth. They have waves and bubbles. I don't feel safe letting my guests drink from them. I will have to use them for decorations or toss them in the recycle bin because it's DEFINITELY NOT worth returning them. The price to return them plus the restock fee makes it pointless for me to return these. Also, a few of them arrived broken. They offered to refund the jars that were cracked, but I didn't want to go through all the jars to count how many were broken. Oh well. Win some, lose some. All of my other Webstaurant purchases have been wins. This one is a loss.

Love these glasses. We are using for a rustic wedding in January and I think they will be a great hit. Will order more in the near future.

Love these Acopa Rustic Charm Drinking Jars! Very good quality, durable, don't break in a dishwasher. Great to serve smoothies, coffee drinks, mojitos, and other drinks! Look super cute. About to order more for the restaurant.

These jars are cute and super affordable. I will be using them for an upcoming bbq style wedding. My mom was so impressed with them that she even ordered some as thank you gifts for volunteers for a foundation she works with. I live an California, so these literally came in three days. I had a couple lids with issues a 3 jars (our of 72 jars) and let webstaurant know via their online chat. It was so quick and easy and they sent more than enough replacement. I'm so happy with them. I'll definitely make more purchases from them.

These were part of a very popular item for wedding centerpieces/favors, The quality exceeded our expectations. They also engrave well. We have had five of them in our kitchen for the last five years, and they have held up well.

We ordered 60 mason jar mugs, everything from the initial order to receiving was perfect. Had one broken mug but due to the low cost of the mug it would cost more to shop a replacement, I chose not to get a replacement. Will definitely be ordering again. Excellent experience!

since i see this glass in a smoothie store, i was looking for them to buy for my own collection at home, i found this a very good competitive prince.

I ordered 4 cases of these for our wedding in June, and I recieved all four of them with no breaks! This is a great product for a great price!

I bought 3 cases of these, and was thrilled about the bulk discount. The glasses are great quality and durable, Purchased the glassware along with American Metalcraft CSM18 chalkboard labels, and am really happy with the pairing.

Love the whole mason jar look. These come with a handle so its easy to hold and clearly actually made for drinking. Downside is it is harder to clean, but you do just need a little bottle cleaning brush.

Over 75% of the mason jars came damaged/shattered. Handles were so small that they are bearly functional, not even enough room to grasp handles. Box came destroyed.

These are simple jars, they work fine for most uses, but I've never received a batch that doesn't include at least one per case broken. They aren't packed to be shipped with FedEx. Open carefully. If not, you'll be cleaning up glass for days.

I'll give 2 stars because they're super cheap, but these are definitely poor quality. Of the 12, 1 arrived shattered, one has a handle that wasn't fully forged leaving sharp edges, and one has a bubble in the handle that leads to the outside, also resulting in sharp edges. If the other 9 last a little while, they're still a very good deal. But make no mistake, these are not quality glasses.

I bought these to use as Christmas gifts and also for a wedding reception. Both Customers were very pleased with them as well as myself.

This product came by two different curriers several days apart. To my knowledge I didn’t receive prior notice to the delivery. First drop I received ups in nice tight packed boxes and receive 10 cases out of 60 no damage. The other 50 cases came in boxes that were damaged- ripped open - crushed and the packing was very disappointing.

Do not purchase. We ordered 3 cases of 12 in March (3 months ago) and all have broken. Do not waist your money!

The quality is not good at all. There are dents and scratches and the surface is not smooth on some of them. Also, it says "Not for home canning" on one side towards the bottom. It does not look professional and the pictures hardly showed this side when I bought them. I will not buy these again.

These jars are not canning jars. They don't come with lids and there are no markings on the sides.... Which means they are easy to clean, nice for vases or candle holders.

Very good customer service, as 2 boxes arrived with broken glasses due to shipping company mis-handling, was NO problem, as customer service handled this fast and efficiently, ,VERY GOOD!!

These mason jars are great for drinks! We use them for lemonades and limeades, bubble teas and also cocktails and mocktails in store. Guests like the rustic look and they're very sturdy. We've had them for over a year and have only broken 1 or two of them and that's from dropping them. They hold up great in the dishwasher and don't chip or fracture at all. Definitely will continue buying them and recommend them.

I purchased these mini mason jar/ glasses for an event. The patrons were able to have a beverage plus the glasses were theirs to take home. I have a few jars at home for beverages, ice cream etc.

The mason jar cups are perfect for our Ice Cream Parlor. I was concerned we needed special dish racks for it in our dishwasher, but we have the right one. So, we are ok. Shipping was fast but damaged in transit. Customer Service replied quickly and resolved the issue.

I bought these for my brother's wedding. I thought they would be a nice little keepsake for the wedding. I was wrong. In the first 4 cases I received 9 were shattered upon delivery and 5 more were chipped/cracked. I received a replacement case and 3 were shattered in it with another 3 or 4 chipped/cracked. They are cheap!!! We put warm water in one and the bottom fell off. If they touch anything they crack/shatter. I can't believe I wasted so much money. We could have used plastic and it would have lasted longer.

Very nice looking country design. I bought these for our western, country-themed restaurant. The customers love them. They are big enough so you don't have to keep running back to the table and fill them all the time. They make great flavored sweet tea glasses. We use crushed berries and shaved ice added to sweet tea which makes a very cute drink. I also add fruit to the side. I am also making mocktails with these for summer during the evening in our steakhouse. The glass is thick enough that you don't have to worry about them breaking just by placing them into the dishtubs.

The glass is really nice.It is 16 oz but for some reason it appears really small to me.It is quite thin too.I fear that it may break easily.The handle it pretty small too.It is not functional but for the price I guess it is worth it.
