This item arrived at my house in pieces. I was devastated because I was having a brunch in three days. I called customer service and received my items in two days. Just in time. There were beautiful and very easy to use.

The first dispenser arrived broken during shipment but with one phone it was replaced in a few days intact. I love the glass dispenser because it looks nice and it doesn't leak.

Best deal we've found for a large glass dispenser and stand. All are very good quality and look great at banquets and catering events or just to have some cucumber water on the patio on a hot day.

Is pleasant to have this very nice and elagant as all purpose for any kind of beverage for big party or for your businesses love to have this

These are great, I've had zero problems and have two of them. One review said they leak...the only way they could is if the user didn't install them correctly... You slide the spigot into the glass, and it has a nut on the inside that you screw. it also has a plastic washer that goes between, that's what prevents the leak. i suspect the other person didn't install it correctly as I've never had a leak. They also said the base was flimsy, I don't think so, I suppose it's all perspective. Mine have not bent and hold the container while full of liquid. maybe that person's leg got bent in shipping? Not sure, Mine are both sturdy. Buy them, they're nice.

This dispenser is so fitting for our pastry shop because of the beehive shape. The packaging was done carefully enough that there were no damages to the product during transit. It's a bit big but it does look very attractive and it gives some character to our shop.

The pictures do not do this beverage container justice. It is far more impressive in person. We used this at a buffet and everyone commented on how nice it was.

I love my glass beverage dispenser it holds a good amount of drink for any party! It also has a very classy appeal to it for more formal events but also fits right in for any summer BBQ or party!

I ordered several. They are not packaged well enough and several arrived broken. Stands are shipped separately, and I wasn't sent all the stands. Several of the spouts leak upon first use. The ones that work are perfect. However, getting them delivered in one piece and knowing that they are going to work is a hit or miss.

High quality items that will be used for a baby shower. Heavy duty and really pretty, the bee hive shape is very unique. The metal stand is well built and stable.

Love these but they are larger than needed and they leak. Having to order new spigots to get new gaskets.

Acopa is another brand from WS, they always have great deals on all the glass products for front of house, these stands are welded solid and hold the 2.4 gallon containers still.

Compared to other similar options this was super reasonably priced. I purchased it for brewing kombucha. It has served that purpose well. The plastic spigot makes it very easy to bottle the brew for 2nd ferment without having to remove the scoby.

We love out Acopa Beverage Dispenser. We get lots of compliments on them all the time. They clean up really easy. Just a little tip. Get a small water bottle and freeze it, put it in dispenser to help keep product cold and keep it for getting water down.

This glass dispenser is beautiful. It is substantial in weight and looks beautiful. It cleans up well and it makes a statement when filled with beverage. I purchased three, I gave one as a gift and I use one at home and fill it with lemon water and I use the other at parties. The spout does not leak and I have used for punches and fruit water. Do not use with blueberries (they get stuck in the spout). Highly recommend the product and it is well worth the price.

I wasn’t sure as to buy this water dispenser because I was scared it wasn’t as good as advertised! But I’m very happy at this product! The glass material is very strong, not to mention the stand, which feels very firm and non slippery! Love it! Highly recommend it

These were beautiful; however, they are glass. We all know what that means. When it falls, it breaks. That's what happened in our kitchen/restaurant. Another downfall...VERY heavy when filled. If you want to transport this from any counter to another counter after filled, I would NOT recommend. We just didn't find it convenient. Nice to look at though.

These are very nice looking dispensers. The stands make it easy to put a cup under and spigots are easy to remove for cleaning purposes.

We bought 4 of these for an upcoming wedding but have already used them for different occasions. They are beautiful, sturdy and work flawlessly. We tested them over night and they did not leak. The liquid flows quickly and makes it easy to serve. One of the 4 arrived shattered but they sent us a replacement which arrived in perfect condition within a few days. Great service!

The dispensers work great and the stands are very sturdy. They don't leak and look great with a variety of different drinks. The only issue is they are hard to pick up with the lid on. Remove the lid and use the top of the dispenser as a grip to move.

I think they are very great dispensers to use, and classy. I ordered 3, 2 got broken upon delivery. I blame it on the UPS guy, but apart from that I think they are great for parties.
