I purchased this and the peppermint syrup in hopes of running a few holiday drink specials at our cafe but unfortunately, the gingerbread syrup had a weird taste (another review referred to it as chemical like and I agree). Monin products are usually delicious so I'll continue buying other flavors but won't repurchase this one.

They were delivered horribly shattered glass pieces. I was so scared that I took out a few of the tops and stopped taking them out because there were pieces of glass in my hands. I couldn't get a refund because I didn't know the flavor and threw it all along with the ones below. I learned this time that it is correct to throw away all the boxes containing pieces of glass, but I wasted my time with a messy customer service.

The best rose syrup ever. If you like roses, you will like this one. It is mild, and will give your drinks and desserts an exotic floral flavor. I like to add a dash while making smoothies: you need very little, maybe 1 tablespoon for two glasses. This syrup also works well with strawberries and cream. Just lovely.

This tastes SO bad! The color looked promising after mixing it with milk. After only a few sips, it was impossible to drink any more. It tastes fake and synthetic. It has a chemical after taste. This is not real chai. Don't serve your customers this!

I really like this energy syrup. I use it on my food truck for our iced coffees, Italian sodas, smoothies, & frappes. It doesn't have an overpowering flavor, which is huge, & I also like that it has "natural" energy, & that it doesn't have a crazy amount of caffeine. I'd totally recommend.

This isn’t the flavor of fall lol stick to Torani

This flavor is a hit with people looking for flavors that are out of the ordinary, it's delicious paired with peach or cantaloupe too. Works great as a soda or milk tea, the dairy cuts down the acidity.

We ordered three different flavors that we use in our Lemonade business. We love the taste of this brand, differently much better than other bands we have tried. Also packed very well for shipping and received in a timely manner.

The Monin brand premium elderflower flavoring syrup is delicious! It's perfect for flavoring mocktails when you don't want to use an alcoholic elderflower liqueur. Also makes a delicious lemonade and coffee drinks too. Highly recommend. The flavor is great and it's not too floral or soapy at all. You don't need a lot to make it taste great. Will buy again!

This might be my favorite Fall flavored syrup. We have used it in espresso drinks and to make flavored whipped cream. It is sweet with a little spice.

First time trying this flavor and it is delicious! The flavor is very true to its name and represents the Monin brand well. We have used it in our hot coffee beverages and our cold brew coffees.

We’ve been using Monin products for over three years in our two lemonade food trucks, and Dessert Pear Monin has become our top seller. With the Monin 0.25 oz pump, we add 4 pumps to each 32 oz cup of lemonade—it delivers the perfect balance for a refreshing, flavorful drink. Dessert Pear Monin also pairs beautifully with Strawberry Monin. Using 2 pumps of each creates a delicious “Refreshing Flower” flavor that our customers love! Dessert Pear is my favorite flavor of all. Just be careful when ordering. Although this flavor has a long shelf life, the color fades quite quickly, appearing as a pale purple. I only order 1 at a time for this reason.

I've been consistently buying Monin syrup and have been pretty satisfied with the products. However, most of their cinnamon flavors are very artificial. i do not recommend.

We originally got the Torani orange syrup for an Orange and Cream milkshake and it worked great. We usually use Monin syrup, so when my manager ordered more syrup, he got Monin. The Monin syrup, we discovered, takes about twice as many pumps as Torani to get the same taste, and unlike Torani, the Monin syrup does not affect the coloring of the shake, so our Orange and Cream shakes just look like our vanilla shakes. We are going to try switching to Torani completely to see if this quality difference applies to other flavors as well.

Great price and fast shipping.

Like most everything else, the price of Monin syrups has gone up nearly $ a bottle. But the incentive to buy from Webstaurant isn’t there anymore when there’s always the anticipation on delivery day of whether or not your items are going to arrive intact or busted up. I can go to my local restaurant food supplier and get what I need immediately for the same price now, and not have to pay a monthly subscription. Unfortunately these variables will have many consumers shopping elsewhere.

very sweet, thick syrup

There aren't enough stars to rate this syrup! We love it sooo much! Almost everyone who visits our home has a latte at some point and we always recommend one with cinnamon bun or half cinnamon bun and half madagascar vanilla. Delicious!!! No one ever wants to try a different flavor after they have this!

By choosing a Monin syrup, you know the quality will not disappoint and this is true of the cherry syrup. The flavor is not overpowering when added to our drinks. A great choice for a low price.

Very excited that we finally found an apple flavor that doesn't curdle the milk in latte drinks. Only gave a four instead of five star because it's a very specific flavor that can't really have anything added to it, or it starts to taste a little off. Also doesn't taste quite right in cold drinks.

There's something a little off-putting about the nuttiness of this syrup that I don't like. I love brown butter and I love toffee, but it's missing the mark for me somewhere along the way.

This is so rosey. Seriously. It's so unique. I've used it on shaved ice by itself and thinned down. I've also used it on chocolate shaved ice and it was so good and different.

If u make think that Starbucks is making a killing on Frozen, Coffee based drinks, then take a grande step, push the appropriate buttons and buy this, it's a Barista in a Bottle !

This pumpkin spice is OKAY. It doesn't taste like pumpkin at all and many of my students said it tastes like medicine. I was putting two small pumps into a 12 ounce cup (half of what it calls for). I am giving it a two star because if you add a pumpkin creamer and only one small pump of this, the drink is amazing. If you want to spice up your current drink, this is for you... if you are looking for a true pumpkin pie type flavor- this is not it.

I ordered this product out of frustration the first time. I used to be one of those people who stopped at the gourmet coffee shop every morning and dropped about $7 a day on a coffee. After the third day in a row of receiving an awful iced coffee and wasting money, I ordered the Monin True Brewed Espresso Concentrate. The flavor is SO much better than what I was drinking, the convenience of having it on hand is outstanding, and the options I have of mixing it with the Monin flavored syrups is just too good to be true (but it IS true!). So happy with this product!

I tried Monin, Torani and Dolce brands. Monin came in a distant second. It is not as strong or flavorful as Torani Brown Sugar Cinnamon

Noticed a big difference in taste switching over to Monin brand! The raspberry in particular, while it is sweet, does taste like fruit. It's improved our lemonade and latte recipes that are made to order with this coffee syrup. Would definitely recommend.

Somewhat surprisingly, Monin's Cinnamon Bun Flavoring Syrup has turned out to be one of our best sellers in lattes. In fact, it is my wife and my favorite.

Having tasted the pumpkin spice syrups a lot, was excited to try the pumpkin pie syrup but the syrup was a little too sludgy and particulates settled down with the constant need for shaking the syrup bottles. This becomes a hazzle when you have it on a line.

When I tasted a beverage at a local cafe that used this elderflower syrup, I knew I needed some for myself. It is a beautiful, floral, sweet taste that is not overwhelming. It tastes like spring and happiness. A few pumps of Elderflower into a plain seltzer with a squeeze of lemon is amazing.

This syrup is pretty good, but like other Monin fruit syrups, a bit thinner than I had expected. I bought this syrup to use in italian sodas, and I have found that raspberry with french vanilla added is divine. I have also added this syrup to southern-style sweet tea in place of some of the sugar, and it is great.

Love this change from peppermint flavored coffee! I used half a shot glass to two cups of coffee, other syrups can take a full shot for the same amount of flavoring. Reminds me of spearmint life saves candy!

No issues with the product in general. The caramel flavor tast like caramel. The only issues i have is if i order a bunch of random items at once everthing gets tossed into an oversized box and shipped as one. Now i try to olny oder srtups in one order and make a seperate order for dry or delicate items that can get dammaged. It generaly saves tge hastle of waiting for a new shipment.

The sugar free products have been amazing to have in our store. We love all the options.
