As other reviews have stated, this tastes just like bubblegum. I've never had a Monin syrup I didn't like but this one misses the mark.

Monin is an excellent brand for flavor syrups, however this syrup tastes like bubblegum. We don't actually get any taste of watermelon in this syrup whatsoever. Do not recommend.

This syrup tastes exactly like bubblegum flavoring. It does not taste like actual watermelon or artificial watermelon (like a jollyrancher). I would definitely use it for a bubblegum cocktail, but it is not watermelon.

We have a large variety of fruity flavors at our shop and Watermelon just tops it all off. We love being able to include this flavor in our store and the Monin brand makes it all worth the while. Would recommend to anyone!

I've experimenting with this flavor in a lot of different things. I would say that it tastes best doing flavored sodas. I wasnt a fan of the flavor in teas.

When you want it sweet watermelon is unsurpassed. Many young children just love watermelon smoothies. Perfect for the hottest months. Parents like them as well.

It tastes more like a watermelon jolly rancher than actual watermelon, but watermelon is my favorite jolly rancher flavor, so I don't mind that. The color is surprisingly darker than expected, but that's not bad!

This syrup can be used for several things. I love adding this to iced black tea, lemon slushies and most recently Italian sodas. When paired with strawberry flavoring, it tastes like cotton candy.

One of my favorite italian soda flavors. I don't know if I would ever order a watermelon soda, but if I got to sample it first I definitely would! It's also fantastic mixed with blackberry syrup and just add to carbonated water. Also a refreshing and pretty summer cocktail -- this + vodka to make a watermelon martini.

We don't do a whole lot with this flavor. Basically we use it in our Italian Sodas. We can use it in the French Sodas too.
