Love these concentrated flavors!!! and that they are made by Monin :) The raspberry smells like fresh raspberry jam, smells amazeballs and we use it for all our baking needs. Way better than extracts for sure.

I love this stuff!! It's hard to find a good raspberry flavoring, but this is it. I used it in the whipping cream for panache. Good fruit flavor and not too sweet. Will definitely purchase again.
