Mixes incredibly well into drinks. Flavor is very full and tastes like blueberries. Flavor doesn’t overpower other syrups or concentrates at all, nor is it acidic.

The Monin Concentrated Flavors are amazing. I wish I could buy one of each. I bought this blueberry one for making cakes to add more flavor of blueberry to it, and it worked!

Monin Bluebery concentrated flavor is very good and flavorful. It is very concentrated so i recommend the pump to make sure you don't use too much.
This blueberry concentrate from Monin it really good for making syrups. We make a blueberry syrup with it to use over pancakes with some fresh blueberry and its really good.
