Product was damaged in shipping, Federal Express should have never delivered the package in the condition that it was in, I emailed customer service on a Saturday and they got back to me within 30 min. and had a couple of questions for me. I decided not to have a replacement table sent. Customer Service was top notch, they responded much quicker that I expected, Very satisfied with Webstaurant Store products and customer service.
