We have multiple coffee shops and use a ton of caramel sauce. After a blind taste testing we are surprisingly switching from Ghiradelli to Capora.

THIS IS SO WORTH IT! We switched to this brand of caramel because we wanted to cut our expenses down and this product did not disappoint at all. Also the black labeling is very easy hid and we prefer that.

Product is okay, shipment from Webstaurantstore was awful. Not sure who is working in the warehouse, but they do not care at all.

Has no expiration date on the bottle, so I don't feel safe using this product. WebstaurantStore has not responded to my 3 messages asking for help, won't be purchasing here again.

Absolutely delicious and the perfect consistency for coffees, teas and lattes! The caramel is so tasty and we not only use it in beverages in store but we have also started using it to top pastries like cheesecakes and pies and the like. It's really great and guests love the flavor. We go through a lot of it so I appreciate that Webstaurant offers a mix and match bulk discount for ordering multiple at a time. Also try their chocolate, white chocolate and pumpkin pie flavors! We love them all.

This caramel sauce is just Delicious! I used this for hot chocolate bombs as Christmas as favors. Worked out very nice and my fam loved it.

Good thick caramel. Great color. Great for ice cream. I also used around the cup before I made my coffee and it’s great. It doesn’t dissolve as good as thinner caramel sauce I’ve used before but that doesn’t matter to me. Long as it taste great. Good buy.
