If you want to do kebabs these you might not want the 4 1/2" however these are great for corn or potatoes the thickness of the stick really hold a heavy item good. Just remember to soak them if your grilling so the dont burn.

These are my favorite wooden skewer that I use for my caramel apples. They are a great thickness that work with the Candy Apple Boxes. Great quality. Great price. Great product. Only complaint is decorative straws do not fit over them because its a little wider in diameter. These sticks can be decorated with bling or left plain. This small negative doesnt outweigh the quality of the product. These are so perfect for the candy apple connoisseur or treatmaker. I reccomend these sticks and plan to order again and again.

These are perfect for candy apples. They really are extra thick and very solid. They did not break at all when putting them into the apples or when people were eating the apples and holding them by the stick.

I ordered the five and a half inch skewer with a 1/8 diameter which are surprisingly very thick ! I use them for my marshmallow pops and for cookie pops ! The length is perfect and for the price two thumbs up!!
