These 10" pans fit a surprising amount in them since they have high walls. We love that even the rivets have a nonstick coating, so cleaning them is super easy. I have noticed that the nonstick coating can scratch a little over time, even without using metal utensils, but they still last.

This pan behaves a bit closer to a carbon steel non-stick I have from another brand. I am cooking on a gas range, and I really like that this pan heats quickly, is light enough to toss food easily, and cools quickly when you turn off the burner. I had the SS1 version and that one took a while to heat, and held it like cast iron.

It was too heavy for arthritic hands. Thank you for the refund. It would help if on the heavier items that the weight would be listed.
