The finishing of this product is sleek. What I also love about this pan is that it is oven-safe. I can literarily bake in it. It is also non-reactive.

I would say this pan is just OK. I have used it on a pretty high end induction cooktop (Bosch), and the heat concentrates ONLY where the magnetic coils exist--there is little "conduction" of heat to the edges of this 14" pan (12"cooking area). Kinda disappointing, actually.

Thank you for your review, Carol! We're sorry to hear that this product hasn't met your expectations. When cooking with an induction stove, it's important to keep in mind that heat is only generated within the cooking circle of the burner. Although it's possible to use pans larger than the burner size, the burner's performance will decrease the further the pan extends beyond the cooking circle.
