Customer service (Nikki) was great- helped me resolve the issue of these pans, which arrived dented, gouged, and unusable. FYI: these Vigor pans are made in China (there is at least one review we store misinforming people that these are made in the US).

This quality of steel is very sturdy. We already have vigor fry pan from webstaurant. We are ordering more to fulfill more need of cooking , saute and frying vegetables, fritters and more. The price is good. Maintainence is easy.
Great set of pans! The 12" arrived damaged but Webstaurant took care of that instantly. Pans are very heavy with a solid base. Will not warp or rust. Stays hot for a very long time after removed from the heat.
