Knife guard gets a good grip on the top of the knife to keep it in place. This will not stop the knife from being pulled out the side quickly. As always, Webstaurant has the best prices around!

This is a great product, I have had it on my knife in my knife bag for over 6 months and no cracking has occurred, which is impressive because they usually only last me 3 months before I have to tape them.

Very Big and works great on my slicer knives.

Holds the Mercer Chef Knives (eight inch) that I have without problem. I still have the knives wrapped when transported to cooking locations as a safety back up, but this blade guard likely doesn't need the wrap any longer.

These blade guards are great. They're just the right tightness to keep from falling off, while still easy to put on without pushing hard.

This blade guard works great for my small cutlery. I have many knives, so it helps to protect the blade if I need to move or store some in drawers. The fit is tight and sturdy. I just wish it was plain black on the front.

This is the perfect cover for a knife. Victorinox fibrox fits perfectly well. Saw this in one of my friend's place and ordered it the next day.

These are completely different and much better than other knife guards' brands, such as Cangshan / Dexter / Mundial. The latter weakly grips your knives and easily slide all off. Mercer guards might be slightly more expensive but that premium is well worth it. Highly recommended.

This is a very well constructed blade guard. Mercer does a great line of these and this is no exception. I'm using it on an 8" knife but it works well anyway.

Just right for my Dexter-Russell DuoGlide Paring knife. It protects the knife, and protects me when I have all the knives through together in the drawer. It grips the knife firmly and is in not danger of falling off.

I have multiple size of the Mercer knife guard. They do the job well and are good quality for the price point. Will buy more of the same when in need of a blade guard.

Great knife guard. Fairly durable. Don’t usually slip off. The 1 1/2 inch are better than the Mercer 2 inch tall guards. The stay on just a a little better.

Simple product but does its job well. If you are taking care of your knives then they should be sharp! This is great to protect you from accidentally cutting yourself when the knives are being stored.

Purchased this blade guard to go along with the Mercer M22508 Millennia 8" bread knife. It fits perfectly on the knife and in my knife roll!

The mercer Culinary M33113P 8" x 2" Polypropylene Blade Guard is a great blade sleeve for protecting your knife. I used mine to transport my blades and love them.

This guard works perfectly for the meat carving knife I have (10" Granton Edge Carving Knife with Riveted Styrene Handle). The blade is securely covered and is difficult to accidentally bump off. It is a bit hard to get off the knife but better safe than sorry I guess!

The Mercer Culinary M33114P 12" x 2" Polypropylene Blade Guard works great for protecting bigger blades. I am using it to protect my 11’ brisket knife and it works perfectly. For a plastic blade guard, the product is well made and looks decent.

This Mercer Culinary M33113P 8" x 2" Polypropylene Blade Guard is a low cost, highly effective product. I use this particular size on a 7" vegetable cleaver, and it keeps the blade protected when in transport, and doesn't mark the blade.

This Polypropylene Blade Guard is a must item to have in the kitchen. They are thick and hold up very well our Mercer Knives. We definitely recommend it .

I really like this design knife guard. The guard is a hard plastic with a felt-like inside to keep the integrity of your knife. This is a great and affordable way to add some safety in to your kitchen.

The MC blade guards are very nice quality and fit all of my knives very well. They are plastic but seem to be extremely sturdy. These are a very good solution for drawer storage of knives.
