Used and abused this spatula in a smash burger joint for over a year. Hefty enough to scrape down the flat top with a little squeeze of water between proper cleanings. The Mercer Hell's Handle line is much nicer quality than what you'll find at your local cash and carry style restaurant supply store, and about the same price. Handle is very heat resistant and won't split like wood handles always do. Highly recommend.

This Hell's Handle spatula is amazing! We us it for flipping our plate size pancakes and order of hash browns. It has really heavy duty quality but isn't too heavy to handle. The line cooks like it a lot and recommend it.

A couple months ago I purchased the Edlund 16" HD Locking Tongs, the Mercer 5"x4" HD Turner, Mercer 9"x4" fish/egg turner, and the Oxo 2" basting brush for my home outdoor grilling. With these tools I think I am pretty much set for anything for years to come. They are large and high quality. I use their smaller counterparts indoors on my stove.

This brand so far is my favorite for turners. Tried a cheaper brand before, don't do it! These are durable and very strong. Use them at our burgerhouse!

This is the best product of it's kind and it isn't even close. We use these on the griddle and to carry brisket and butts off of the smoker and have never had any issues. They are very sturdy and can hold a lot of weight.

This heavy duty turner is nicely constructed of durable material. It was purchased as an addition to our grill line and I have to say that it appears to be my new favorite. It is the perfect size for a controlled flip which is oh so important.

It's relatively stiff, but the tapered edge allows it to get under thinner products like eggs without a problem. The hell's handle keeps it from melting or transferring heat if I leave it in the pan.

This really is heavy-duty - thick and durable, but not too heavy, and the handle stays cool. We use them for our half pound burgers and they work great either on the grill or in our cast iron pans.

The Hell's handle heavy duty turner is definitely heavy duty. We use it for turning large batches of hash brown. I would like one this size but a little lighter, however, my other cooks like the weight this spatula has.

Mercer makes great high heat product to protect our hands from getting burned I didn't think it would work but I was wrong its blade its very sharp

Without a doubt the best spatula (turner) you can get. I firmly believe that this is worth every penny. Your hands don't get fatigued, it cleans up easily and can fit a ton of stuff on it without it falling off.

When cooking on the grill you need a tool to turn items that can also be used to loosen stuck items from the grill. The larger size makes this turner great for working over a hot fire.

I use this for burgers on my grill. The handle hold up very well to high heat and the turner is wide enough to cover a decent sized hamburger with some room left over.

We use this wider spatula for our burgers on the char. It covers the entire width of the burger. Using the 3" one doesn't quite get all the burger.
