would be nice if it ever arrived. cant get ahold of customer service. I'm sitting here pissed with a torn apart pantry and no shelving.

This product was delivered in a good condition, no package broken or parts damaged. The assembly instruction is clear to follow with. However, I will recommend the sender to use extra protection layers when packaging the products to secure them from any unexpected external forces.

I will probably not reorder this brand again. One of the shelves was bent but still useable so I assembled with the damage. The shipping box did not have any apparent damage and since only one shelf was bent, I assume it was packaged this way. I ordered 2 additional shelves from Webstaurantstore but a different mfg and the shelves were much better quality than the ones in this kit.

Great pricing and speed of delivery. Nice quality shelf, measurements exactly as advertised. Needed a wider shelf for pantry items in a limited space.

I was sent a reject that was opened by another party, and now that I’m putting it together noticed that two of the shelves are bent. Obviously, the reason it was returned. I will never buy from these people again. You suck

This was the perfect replacement for the annoying Closet Maid shelves in our linen closet. Assembly super easily - was the perfect solution. Very very happy with the purchase. Buying another one for the kitchen pantry.

As a game collector, it's hard to find affordable shelving of this size. I'm shocked at the value of this unit. Stuff this size at Home Depot would be triple this price. On top of that, the wire shelves help with cable management as I can zip tie cables and surge protectors to the undersides of the shelves allowing me to utilize the space so much better. Best of all I don't have to worry about these shelves bowing like the usual particle board.

Perfect rack for my pantry. The 14inch shelves are deceptively deep. This is great!

Great shelving unit! Fairly easy to put together. I did it solo and I found it was better to assemble the first self with only the bottom portion of the legs, get a base and work your way up.

We needed a specific size shelving unit for our Pantry alcove. I did tons of research. Less costly shelves sold on on other sites but had bad reviews. This unit is very sturdy with heavy duty casters which I needed to roll in and out of the alcove, out of the way. Money well spent!

If want only large items, this may work for you. The wires on the shelves are designed so each wire goes under the shelf edges, then over the middle support wires that run perpendicular to shelf wires. This creates a bend effect. When you look at it, it doesn't look right. The edges are strange as well. They bow up and down with the metal wires like gentle waves on a water surface. While the unit stays level, every time I look at this, it really bothers me for some reason. I'm looking for something else to put in this space. 18" deep and could've got anything to go there. 14-16" and difficult to find anything that fits well.
