Good unit. No issues in shipping. No dents, scuffs, sharp pointy parts. It's a nice change from stuff I got in the past from retail stores. In comparison to a Steelton unit in chrome I got (same dimensions), the Steelton is bendy, makes me uncomfortable putting two 3-gal jugs of water on a single shelf. I don't foresee any issues with this Regency shelf kit. Wire is thicker, sturdier, doesn't flex / bend. For the price difference, just get the Regency. My family has allergy issues. The plastic pole clips smell like brand new car tires. They're simply awful. I ordered some clips from somewhere else. About a week before I can put this together. The metal parts are great. No odor, no issues. Dear Regency, stay away from cheap plasticizers that make plastic parts stink. Thank you.

Love the wire rack! Gave it 4 stars because one of the shelves is hard to keep 100% level but other than that, absolutely love it! Sturdy, can hold tons of stuff and very good quality!

When it comes to restaurant storage there is no better option than what you can get with a wire rack. I purchased this chrome shelf kit to hold a good deal of the dry rub that I'm selling. So far it has worked phenomenally well under the duress of the weight of full container of the dry rub. The overall weight capacity on this is right at 400 pounds and I anticipate that it can hold that and some.

Fairly easy to put together - sturdy enough for our purpose-(holds microwave, blender, pots and pans and several other small items). It was perfect to make counter space and provide other storage in very small kitchen

Good metal shelf, have this in storage and has been great holding up our items in storage. Slightly hard to setup, but once its up, its not coming back down!

We used this shelving unit plus extra shelves and a 6 foot long stainless counter when we refitted our walk in pantry to be a butler’s pantry. We liked the idea of being able to easily configure the space should choose to do so - and that the materials were designed for kitchen use. Easy to assemble. Very stable. Ideal for our purpose.

I was able to create a functional and attractive small (66” x 33”) home pantry with this line of products. The ability to adjust everything is great. The 48 x 18 and 30 x 12 shelving units fit together nicely. The butcher block counter is great. The hooks hold brooms, mops, and pans out of sight on the side. The vinyl shelf liners allow for smooth storage. The baking sheet rack units also hold platters and lids. My only request would be for a 30 x 12” butcher block. The adjustable shelves at counter height allow for use of all my small appliances in the pantry. I’m a very happy cook.

This is a very sturdy unit. Assembly was straight forward. The boxes suffered a bit in shipping but the shelves arrived without blemishes. Very pleased. Now I can load up that pantry without fear of the closet-made falling out of the wall…

I bought this shelving unit to organize the back room. It is very sturdy and does a great job. I was missing on set of shelving clips and didn't notice it until two months later when I started to build them. When I reached out to customer service. They immediately responded and sent me the clips. Great Customer Service!! I will be buying from them again.

I purchased this item in 2015, and still love it even today. We use it in liquor vault as extra shelving. The floor is not perfectly level, so the leveling feet allow us to make it rock solid and no rocking. I am looking to get another one.

This has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. It is sleek and relatively easy to assemble. It helps keep our cabinets from getting cluttered. Only minor complaint is that it is a little wobbly, but that could be symptom of how tall our shelf is.

Fantastic shelving! After years of reaching in to low cabinets to lift out heavy pots, pans and small appliances, I decided to put extra shelving around the corner from my kitchen. Webstaurantstore’s web site offered the best variety, helpful photos, great pricing and fast shipping. We received our shelves three days after ordering, and this is during the Coronavirus outbreak. My husband, usually at his desk in NYC, was home and able to help me put it together in 30 minutes. We moved our Lodge cast iron pan, other cookware, and other heavy items out of my cabinets and on to the shelves. I will be ordering an extra shelf to add to the top. Very satisfied. Incredible value storage unit. Has to be assembled but worth it. Works and looks great at a fraction of other units that cost much more.

This 4-shelf kit is stationed right behind the register for our servers. We have placed all the drinking cups on them (water cup, coffee cup, espresso cups and dessert cups). They've held out so far!

We bought this shelf for our dry storage and it has been working great! It is sturdy and very easy to put together. We like that you can adjust the height size in between shelves.

I use this as a wardrobe rack. It fits in a smaller section of our kitchen so aprons and chef coats can easily hang up with storage bins of fresh towels on rest of the shelves.

Nice shelf, could use a little more packaging parts were all over in the box. Easy install and nice adjustable feet for uneven floor if necessary.

Industrial grade shelf. This shelf was very easy to install, however, you'll need to watch video via Webstaurant because it does not come with instructions.

Great shelf. Very clever design of the little plastic clamps that hold the shelfs in place. Makes it very easy to set up and adjust. Adhustable legs are good to get rid of wobble. It feels very sturdy.

I ordered 3 of these stands and assembled them. They seem sturdy. I will start stacking my items on them tomorrow. I will upload a picture.

GreT shelving kit for our commissary kitchen. Nice for storing any items such as dry food products, kitchen equipment etc. These shelving units clean up very well.
