This was the best purchase I have ever made. This item fit perfectly in my apartment and divides my kitchen and living room perfectly while adding tons of space for my pots and pans, as well as ideal functional cutting board space in a very small space. I love it and highly recommend it.

The first one showed up so banged up, I for sure couldn't use it. Customer rep was super considerate, responded within hours (maybe even within the hour) and shipped out another. Arrived timely. There's some scratches here and there but I'm not waiting for another to show up. It does it's job. Butcher block top is dense.

Very sturdy and fits together well. Love the wood top. However, this item cut my hand to shreds. There "wire" had extremely sharp edges in a couple of places, so quality in that regard was poor. I have had many similar wire shelves (not this brand) and never experienced this before.

I ordered this product as one unit. When they shipped it, they shipped it from five different places which took over a week and a half to arrive on different days. When I tried to put it together, it was missing the plastic pieces to hold the shelves up. Now I have to deal with a headache to try to get those. Pretty lame experience all told.

I needed a sturdy shelf for a home kitchen, ordered an extra shelf to go with it. I love it. It assembles easily, is very solid. One of the plastic pieces that supports the shelf had gotten broken but they include an extra piece with each shelf, which I especially appreciated. I’m very happy with it.

This review is for the Regency 24"x36" black wire shelving unit, which consists of 3 pieces: the set of 3 shelves, the posts, and the cutting board top. This is exactly what I needed. Sturdy, not too heavy, and the perfect size for me. Although there are no casters, the shelf slides pretty easily for cleaning the floor and wall. Honestly, this shelving unit checked all my boxes and beat the price of other, inferior shelving. 10/10 highly recommend.

The wood top is the best part. The wedge shaped plastic insert(s) that wrap around the cylindrical poles, to hold each shelf to the pole, are not only cheap but a pain to assemble. I am going to drill holes and bolt the shelfs to the corner poles for a secure assembly. This is not a good value.

This fit an open area we had perfectly (2 x 48” units) to help with extending kitchen storage and counter space! We bought two separate units instead of one extremely long one in order to put shelves at different heights, although it was nice to have the option to get longer lengths. It would have been 5 stars if one of the tops wasn’t scratched (we put that on the bottom instead of the top), and the other was level (it was a bit warped and I put some felt coaster under to stabilize). Overall a great value for such a versatile piece!

I ordered this and two shelves as a TV stand for a large screen TV, knowing I would have to add 1" x 2" maple 'keepers" on the end of the 72"cutting board shelf, as the TV legs would have gone right to the edge of the shelf. Unfortunately, the cutting board is actually 71-1/8", not 72. It is not usable for the purpose I had intended. I could add shims, but the TV would be resting on the shims, which I do not have confidence in holding. I will still use it as an under the TV shelving unit, but I had to purchase a wall mount for the TV. I would not have ordered it had I been supplied accurate measurements. Still, the black wire with the cutting boards look nice enough, but I am disappointed.

very functional

Disappointingly, one of the 3 shelves that came this unit was dented around the post opening, which means that it’s extremely difficult to try and seat it over the plastic black plastic locks (not sure on the official term here). Instead of a circular opening, the shelf came dented with more of an oval shape, so it can’t be properly knocked into place. As a result, the entire shelf is not level.

Very impressive quality, appropriately priced. It came shipped in 2 orders but with three or four deliveries, I was nervous that I was only getting half but it all came. It was a bit banged up to be fair, but nothing really noticeable. Assembly was simple. One person doable, with two people trivial.

We had a small kitchen and needed storage space until after renovations. These shelves have been perfect t for us. Strong, sturdy and easy to put together. We will be using them in the utility room once renovations are completed. I highly recommend Webstaurant Store and these shelves.

Quality of the shelves is decent, although the welds on one shelf were broken upon arrival. Biggest complaint is the shipping experience, have purchased several of these and they arrive in multiple boxes over the course of two weeks and twice now we have been missing parts that had to be reshipped.

it's exactly what I ordered!

This table is absolutely perfect!!! I was a little hesitant to order after reading many reviews but decided to give it a go. Arrived in just a few days and didn't have to wait that long! Well packaged even though edges of box were coming apart, inside was still very intact. All was included! HIghly recommend this table and these sellers!

We are hoping this ends up being what we need/want. The item does not come with the 12 pairs of split sleeves, as listed, so before we could assemble it, we had to find the sleeves after many visits to local hardware stores: only just found them this week. Also, the green color is not what is shown in the photo: it is much darker and duller, like a dark a forest green. Not too bad, but nowhere as pretty as the photo.
