I have purchased these rolling shelf kits before and they were well made. I was shocked at the poor quality of this recent order. The welds are not uniform and the shelves are bowed leading to a crooked looking rolling shelf after assembly. I double checked shelf spacing and that each shelf was snugly in place. The problem seemed to be uneven welds of the wire shelving to the collars as well as bent/bowed wire shelves. A disappointing departure from the previous order to be sure.

Buy ANY other set of shelves if you want them shipped ready to assemble. I ordered these and they were shipped without any split sleeves. They then sent me enough split sleeves for one set of shelves. A week later and I'm still waiting.

Good unit. No issues in shipping. No dents, scuffs, sharp pointy parts. It's a nice change from stuff I got in the past from retail stores. In comparison to a Steelton unit in chrome I got (same dimensions), the Steelton is bendy, makes me uncomfortable putting two 3-gal jugs of water on a single shelf. I don't foresee any issues with this Regency shelf kit. Wire is thicker, sturdier, doesn't flex / bend. For the price difference, just get the Regency. My family has allergy issues. The plastic pole clips smell like brand new car tires. They're simply awful. I ordered some clips from somewhere else. About a week before I can put this together. The metal parts are great. No odor, no issues. Dear Regency, stay away from cheap plasticizers that make plastic parts stink. Thank you.

Love the wire rack! Gave it 4 stars because one of the shelves is hard to keep 100% level but other than that, absolutely love it! Sturdy, can hold tons of stuff and very good quality!

Great shelves. Really sturdy and well made. They roll easily, but with two locking casters they stay put. We load them up with really heavy stuff and have zero troubles with them. I think these are as solid as any other brand out there.

When it comes to restaurant storage there is no better option than what you can get with a wire rack. I purchased this chrome shelf kit to hold a good deal of the dry rub that I'm selling. So far it has worked phenomenally well under the duress of the weight of full container of the dry rub. The overall weight capacity on this is right at 400 pounds and I anticipate that it can hold that and some.

Great wire rack and really heavy duty. This is the only place I could find a heavy duty 52 inch wide wire rack. I will purchase this product again.

Fairly easy to put together - sturdy enough for our purpose-(holds microwave, blender, pots and pans and several other small items). It was perfect to make counter space and provide other storage in very small kitchen

I liked the quality of the Shelving components. I did not like the difficulty I had inserting the casters into the poles. Overall the unit will be useful for my needs.

Good metal shelf, have this in storage and has been great holding up our items in storage. Slightly hard to setup, but once its up, its not coming back down!

We used this shelving unit plus extra shelves and a 6 foot long stainless counter when we refitted our walk in pantry to be a butler’s pantry. We liked the idea of being able to easily configure the space should choose to do so - and that the materials were designed for kitchen use. Easy to assemble. Very stable. Ideal for our purpose.

I am using the product for storage in my kitchen. It's great for storing bulk items and cleaning supplies. The product arrived on time and was easy to assemble. The shelves are study and support my items. The unit is easy to move so I can access items on the back of the shelves. The large wheels help eliminate tipping when moving.

I was able to create a functional and attractive small (66” x 33”) home pantry with this line of products. The ability to adjust everything is great. The 48 x 18 and 30 x 12 shelving units fit together nicely. The butcher block counter is great. The hooks hold brooms, mops, and pans out of sight on the side. The vinyl shelf liners allow for smooth storage. The baking sheet rack units also hold platters and lids. My only request would be for a 30 x 12” butcher block. The adjustable shelves at counter height allow for use of all my small appliances in the pantry. I’m a very happy cook.

Excellent customer service. Product was sturdy and easy to put together. It is used in my garage to store hockey bags on for my kids.

This is a very sturdy unit. Assembly was straight forward. The boxes suffered a bit in shipping but the shelves arrived without blemishes. Very pleased. Now I can load up that pantry without fear of the closet-made falling out of the wall…

I bought this shelving unit to organize the back room. It is very sturdy and does a great job. I was missing on set of shelving clips and didn't notice it until two months later when I started to build them. When I reached out to customer service. They immediately responded and sent me the clips. Great Customer Service!! I will be buying from them again.

This shelf was perfect for us to organize our pantry and kitchen. We could take many things out of our cabinets and arrange them on this sturdy shelf.

Some assembling is required for this kit but it's easy to figure out with or without instructions. The shelves are quite thick and durable. This shelf can hold a lot of weight and the casters won't give out.

Great quality and the casters make these easy to move around where we need extra storage. Nice enough to be customer facing as well. We have several and they have held up exceptionally well over time.

I've never put together anything like this and I thought it would be complex or difficult. Nothing could have been further from the truth. The wheels fit on perfectly. The shelves and plastic sleeves went on so easily and I had it set up (including additional shelves ordered) in about 6 minutes from the time I opened the box. Wonderfully simple and very sturdy. I'd highly recommend.

Purchased this Regency 18”x48” Shelving Kit for our personal home kitchen and ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED!! Everything I need is at my fingertips and so aesthetically pleasing, as well. We have gotten so many compliments from family and friends determined to find a way to do it. It was super easy to assemble, all parts fit easily and perfectly. So sturdy, I never have to worry it has been overloaded. 5*****

I purchased this item in 2015, and still love it even today. We use it in liquor vault as extra shelving. The floor is not perfectly level, so the leveling feet allow us to make it rock solid and no rocking. I am looking to get another one.

Very happy with these shelf kits. They were very simple to put together and look great. Hold a lot of product too. Love that they come with casters for easy moving and cleaning.

This has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. It is sleek and relatively easy to assemble. It helps keep our cabinets from getting cluttered. Only minor complaint is that it is a little wobbly, but that could be symptom of how tall our shelf is.

Great shelving! Metro the brand shelf's are incredible but very expensive, we started with these to get up and running. honestly would continue buying these as its the same product and 2 years later we still have the same ones with no issues!
