This vacuum unfortunately did not meet our needs or expectations. Does not have the expected power to clean the bare carpet floor in our grocery store. It does say that it has an automatic carpet floor sensor adjustment, however it is not doing just that. For the price of this vacuum, we expected a much better experience. This vacuum however would be considered, in our opinion, a good domesticated vacuum, rather than an industrial or commercial quality.

I purchased the Lavex 15" Upright Vacuum to replace a ProTeam Upright that I had used for over 15 years. The Lavex Vacuum offers all the same features and attachments as the ProTeam Vacuum but at a much lower cost. We are enjoying this new vacuum and would purchase it again!

Bought 24 of these for my company and 15 have already died one caught on fire while in use ! They are the biggest piece of trash vacuums I’ve ever had hence there only 8 months old!!!! Making a complaint to the better business bureau

Just received my vacuum. Was not hard to assemble at all. Used it for the first time and was very impressed with the amount of suction. Brushroll works the carpet over nicely, and overall the machine is not that loud. Will use it for a couple of months and update.

We got delivery of the vacuum Aug of 2022. Now No suction. Should last more then 6months.

We have three of these vacuums and have not had an issue! They are great machines and are power horses. My only gripe is that when they are put in the upright position, the bristle motor does not disengage. It would be nice if the motor stopped because there are times where the vacuum will start moving forward in the upright position..

Bought this vaccume last year and it got maybe 10 uses before it stopped having suction, cleaned it completely and still doesn't work. Would not recommend.

I bought 3 of these vacuums in April. One is losing power every time we use it. The other one, the hose, had been damaged when we got it. Too much trouble to return. The last one, the hose has a hole already. Can you help me? Or is there a service call we can get in touch so I can at least fix the vacuum?
