We've ordered these 15" mailing tubes in the past and they were great. Loved the value we and quality. Now? Not so much. The tubes themselves are fine, but they made a change to the caps and how they are packaged with the tubes. The previous version of the end caps were of great quality and would fit the tubes properly with no need to tape the ends to secure them to the tube. These newer caps are very flimsy, not as deep and very, very poorly made. They do not fit the tube as snuggly as before, thus requiring tape to keep them from falling off. The other issue is how the caps are packaged. Before, they were shipped loose in the box (would have preferred bagged like most other vendors), now they are attached to the tubes. For us this is a pain as we now have to remove the caps from the tubes. Wasted motion equals wasted dollars. If you're cutting these tubes down and expecting extra caps, forget it. They are no longer shipping extra caps. You'll have to but them separately.
