My husband purchased this for smoking his whole briskets on the Big Green Egg. He loves it! It really does seem to make a difference with retaining the smoke flavor and keeping the meat nicely moist yet tender.

Love this stuff for a number of kitchen purposes. But I like it just as much for serving my BBQ. I can put a sheet on a lunch tray and then serve people on trays.

I don't own a butcher shop, to this is probably a lifetime supply of butcher paper! Great quality- I used some wire to make a hanging roll that makes it easy to cut off as much as I need.

This Butcher Paper is the best in the industry. I've been using this for several years now. Great for wrapping Brisket or Ribs in while smoking. Takes your BBQ Smoking game to a new level.

This 40# deli paper is great. We use it to wrap meats for the freezer, as well as hoagies that we make for our local fundraising program. Works great either way.

I used this paper to wrap focaccia bread at my first farmer's market. The oil soaked right through the paper immediately - there was no delay. The description of this paper said, "The 40# basis weight gives it the strength it needs to hold up against blood, oil, or water..." This did NOT hold up to oil as promised in the description. It was a waste of money and my customers were carrying around oil-soaked paper. Hardly a positive first impression. We had to double wrap the bread to delay the oil from bleeding through, but after a little while, the paper was still was soaked in oil. (See pic - that is the bread after being double-wrapped). Very disappointed with this product.

We are a BBQ company and this paper meets our requirements. Sturdy, food safe, and good size for a brisket! What more could you want?

This was purchased tosmoke a brisket. It worked well and its a great price. I would reccommend it. You get alot of paper for the price.

Great paper. We use this for wrapping brisket and pork butts in the smoker and it does a great job. Hold up to low temps, and helps maintain moisture.

Love it! Good buy for white butcher paper. We bought the Bulman A500-18 18" paper cutter to mount it and used it for a variety of things so far - it's come in super handy and we'll absolutely buy it again. Good quality - not too thin. Tears well.

We use these as table covers for our tables during parties. It makes clean up quick and easy. Another use we found is for taco bars where we can just write on the paper what are in the bowls. It's a fun way to display food! The roll is very heavy, so you may need some help moving it around.

This Peach Treated butcher paper is very nice, thick and really resists leaking and moisture, it drops easily into the paper cutter and tears with ease.

OK, this stuff is gold!! Very, very hard to find anywhere! So happy to have found it. We use a ton of it to line our 1/4 sheet pans we use for our BBQ. We didn't want something too plastic-y. Does the trick. SOmetimes they are out of this, but it comes back fairly quickly.

700 feet is a lot of paper! Won't need to reorder this very much. Nice and thick cut's nicely and has a nice upscale color to it.

This past summer weve started selling some of our products at a farmers market for extra exposure and this butcher paper is great for packaging! We wrap freshly made sandwiches, wraps and even some cheeses in them! Easy to write on or stick a label on!!

This is the only paper I use for smoking my Briskets. I have included 2 photos of one of my smoked Briskets, which I took a close-up of. This was not to show the nice bark I was able to maintain in using this paper, (which looks outstanding). But, to show the quality of the paper in it’s ability to hold all the delicious golden juices, even after an extensive rest. And these juices you can see around the edge of the meat which are an important part of a Brisket’s flavor retention. This paper serves me well in other tasks. Such as, lying on my tables in the smoking area to act as a barrier, this helps greatly in my clean-up time. It also makes perfect covers on my 9x13 bun sheet pan for serving BBQ on.

We've used this paper for wrapping breads at the market, as gifts, and also flowers for cute rustic look. Tie with jute twine, add some colorful thread for extra character, and gift receiver will be impressed by the presentation. The paper is durable.

This is not Butcher paper. It's more like craft paper. It melts with moisture and hard to detatch from meat.

Nice and large roll at a good price. Quality seems great. Already installed it on a paper cutter and looks great.

40# weight does not compare to the other 40# we have received in the past. Not useful on tables over linens as any moisture leaves stains on the linens and the paper is so thin you can see them through it! We use over our linens normally without having to change every sitting due to the paper. NOT this quality. Also not happy to have to pay shipping on this one!

Was super disappointed to see how flimsy this paper was; it seemed a little thinner than printer paper, and just as fragile when wet. Not sure how it can be called butcher paper. We weren't able to use it for our needs, but maybe it can be a table cover or something. From other reviews, it looks like this product quality has changed a lot recently? The Choice 18" x 700' 40# Pink / Peach Butcher Paper Roll is used daily at our store, we use it to package products up as well as the deli. Its sturdy and the paper is nice and thick.

I've been buying this 30'' x 700' 40# White Butcher Paper Roll for years now and as another reviewer has mentioned, the thickness has varied. Out of all the rolls I've ordered, this is the very first time I've noticed this but there is no doubt that this last roll is definitely noticeably thinner and a big problem for my application as I now have to use much more of it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL especially since the price is now higher than ever and the quality is WORSE THAN EVER!! In addition, another reviewer mentioned that the color has also varied from roll to roll. I did notice this one time on another roll where the color was a beige color and not white at all but at least the thickness of the paper was fine. WebstaurantStore, you need to address these issues with your supplier!! Again, NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS LATEST ISSUE!!!!

Butcher paper is as described and shipped in good packaging from damage and fast. Paper is used on the Bulman A500 cutter and used for wrapping meat. Good paper and no bleed through.
