We were really hopeful that these commercial grade chaises would be a huge improvement over our former vinyl strap chairs that kept needing to be restrapped every few years. The advertising promised that these were UV resistant and that a simple power wash would keep them clean. This was more or less true since their underlying color held, but reality was they needed a good bit of elbow grease to keep from looking dingy. The fatal flaw however is that out of the 12 chaises we ordered all but three have had slats crack apart (right along the seating area where people can get pinched badly) a few weeks after the 1 year warranty period. We now have have to go back and order vinyl strapped chairs as we used to have. These were extremely lightly used by the way. Our community pool gets less than ten visitors per day during the peak of summer and 1-2 near spring and fall.

Same as above reviewer, ours were purchased June 7th of last year and noticed today that 5 out of 12 are broken in the seat as well. Used for 3 months and were, stored out of weather until Memorial Day this year.
