This mixer started acting odd towards the end of the first year. Unfortunately, I was not quick enough to submit a claim with Webstaurant for the repair since I called about 10 days past the 1 year warrantee date. All that we mix is buttercream and used it a couple times a week during the year. Cost me $1130.00 to replace the bad worm shaft gear. Buyers remorse...definitely!

I like to give plenty of time before I review items in case there are latent problems. I may have gone a little overboard with this one since I have had it for roughly two years. However, this stand mixer is probably my favorite kitchen tool. It's still running flawlessly after all this time and I put it through some work. I make big batches of pizza dough quite frequently and I have never had a problem. Not one bad thing to say about it....

I can not tell you how much this mixer has changed my life! it is amazing!! It is super easy to clean and it makes so much buttercream in 1 batch
