Seriously terrible quality. When you buy expensive, big, heavy equipment for your restaurant, you expect to have it for years and years and can rely on it. This pizza warmer breaks all the time within the 1 year of having it. The heating element, then the motor, then the heating element again, then the motor. I'll give it 2 stars for being a very good looking machine and have boosted our slice sales, but for the amount of repairs it needs, do not expect to only pay $ plus shipping.

Purchased In July and didn't take out of the box for a few months after that and now in December its broken and needs the circuit board replaced.

Purchased this 4 months ago. And it stopped working. It was not worth the price.

I have purchased this piece and have it now for few weeks. Keeping my pizza warm and fresh. Definitely recommended

It looks good but it gets condensation and yet the pizza still dries out and get hard. Not holding the food very well.

I wanted to love this warmer but instead I like it for what it is. It’s sturdy and doesn’t have a bad look to it. It’s huge and your customers can easily see the pies that are available. We’ve tried all the settings recommended but the condensation is an ongoing issue. Not sure if it’s a part issue or a defect or what. This warmer wouldn’t be on my repurchase list.
